Isallt is a beautifully renovated 19th Century, detached stone barn conversion on a working farm just outside the small village of Llanfair close to Harlech. All prices are inclusive of the booking fee. The "Min. Per Night" prices quoted are based on the weekly rental price, they are not applicable for short breaks. See our short break policy or ask for further details.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

We stayed in this wonderful cottage for a week. We had a lovely welcome from the owners on our first day. They also had dogs on the working farm, so my children loved seeing their dogs on a daily basis and looking out onto the fields at the sheep and horses. The cottage had absolutely everything in it you would need, was very clean and decorated beautifully with all the features of the barn giving it a little bit of charm too.
We had wonderful weather whilst we were there, which was a bonus.
We would walk (about 15mins) or drive (2 mins) down to the beach every day to walk the dog, which he loved. One side of the beach was specifically allocated for dog owners, which was great.
We had some lovely days out as well, a fantastic base to stay whilst exploring snowdonia. -

This was a lovely cottage, in a beautiful location. We were made to feel welcome and the cottage was like home from home with everything in it that you could possibly want. It also had a cosy feel to it.
We visited the beach which is dog friendly and only about a 15 minute walk, or two minute drive from the cottage most days. Lots to see and do in the area, we did not get to do everything we wanted to do in the week we were there. Would definately return again and also recommend to family and friends. -

Very friendly place, on a great location. This is a real working farm, which is a great attraction. Nicely finished and well equiped. Would come back and recommend.
