This detached barn conversion is set close to the village of Llanrug in North Wales and sleeps up to four people. Beudy Hywel is a detached barn conversion, set on the owners' land, one mile from the village of Llanrug, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park. This all ground floor cottage sleeps four people and has one king-size double bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with corner sofa bed and electric fire. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, a front lawned garden with patio, furniture and barbecue and use of a p...addock area. Beudy Hywel is an ideal base for couples and families who wish to explore the Snowdonia National Park, Llanberis, Betws-y-Coed and many other tourist attractions that can be found close by.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, iPod dock, selection of books and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Use of private paddock area. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and award-winning butcher 10 mins walk, pub 5 mins walk. Bus stop 2 mins walk. Note: Children must be supervised when in garden due to the water feature. Note: Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times when outside.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the "Winter" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the "Low" and "Mid" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday. "Last Minute Breaks" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the "LOW", "MID", "HIGH", "PEAK", "XMAS" and "NEW YEAR" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday.

  Very friendly owner, the cottage is well furnished, stocked and very clean. The location is beautiful and quiet with a great view. We can't say what we liked best, it was all great. Can't imagine that any other cottage could top this.
