4 adults stayed here in late Sept 2012. Very well equipped for a most comfortable stay.The terrace at the rear of the apartment was the outstanding feature-and we had great weather to enjoy the sun!Only one flight of stairs from entrance,fine for us but always a consideration for older travellers in Italy.

My stay in this apartment was simply amazing. The house is very clean, big and equipped with all kind of comforts, and just 10 minutes away from the city's centre. Lucca is a beautiful city, especially during the "Lucca Comics and Games" expo, and the house is perfect for any group of people who wants to explore the city and it's surroundings. The best part of the house is probably the Terrace, which is really big, but you will find every room very clean and comfy. There are 2 bathrooms, so if you're a group of people, this will come in handy. If you are lucky enough to be in Lucca during a sunny period, you will use the terrace really often, for meals or maybe to relax. Pubs and restaurants are at walking distance from the apartment, but you can cook something for yourself if you're in the mood! Cons? The price is a bit high, but if you are a group of 4 or more, the house is great value for your money. Also, the steps to get to the apartment are very small, so if your are elder or disabled, it may be a problem.
