Welcome to Royal Palm House. Home is located at Mile Marker 54.5 in Coco Plum Beach Subdivision in the heart of the Florida Keys.

This custom built contemporary home features 1,515 square foot of central air condition and heated living space.

Massive Great Room has vaulted ceilings, clay tile floors, wireless internet and cable television, , stereo with CD player. 2 Leather sofas do not fold out but can be used for sleeping. Single day bed located in living room is also available.

Dining Room has six leather wrapped chairs with glass top table and ceiling fan.

The spacious kitchen consists of 12 foot breakfast/lunch multi level counter, refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, disposal, lots of small appliances. There is plenty of cookware, utensils, dishes, and glasses, everything you need to cook and enjoy your fresh catch of the day!!

Master Bedroom suite features vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, and king size bed. Directly off bedroom is a private luxurious tile bathroom with oversize two person bathtub, separate shower and large walk in closet. Very romantic! Both Bedrooms have cable television.

Guest Bedroom has vaulted ceiling large mirrored king sized bed, closet, ceiling fan and cable television. Across from guest bedroom is a full bathroom with tub/shower and full sized washer/dryer.

Large Screen Enclosed 50’x12’ Tile Porch runs the entire length of the home. Sliding glass doors opens the entire house up to enjoy tropical ocean breezes and offers magnificent views of the water. A perfect place to relax and enjoy a good book, outdoor dining or a casual beverage while enjoying a beautiful sunset.

Outside is a beautiful tropical setting of large royal palm trees which gives this house it’s name. Lower level has 13’ x 13’ brick pavers and coral rock patio. It is a perfect place to spend the day sunbathing on chaise lounges and enjoying a lunch on your stainless steel gas barbeque grill. Parking is provided under house carport as well as a large double car paved driveway. Plenty of parking for boat trailers and other toys. Additional refrigerator/freezer in carport is perfect for storing your catch, bait, and boat beverages. Please help keep clean.

Boat Dockage: one boat slip behind the house marked 4 is dedicated to the property. Slip 4 measures 16’ wide x 60’ long x 10’ deep with pilings for a 4-point tie up. Has 12 foot finger peir to aid in getting on and off your boat. Other amenities include a fish cleaning table, fresh water wash down and 120v electrical outlets. Dock is lighted for night time use and fishing. Slip is located on a clean, deep water 200 foot wide canal with easy unobstructed (no bridges) Atlantic Ocean access. Aluminum ladder for boarding jet skis and kayaks is also located at Slip 4. Approximately, (1.3 mile) scenic boat ride to Atlantic Ocean. You can use the boat ramp at my other home 378905 across the canal any time in daylight hours..
