Welcome to Royal Palm House. Home is located at Mile Marker 54.5 in Coco Plum Beach Subdivision in the heart of the Florida Keys.
This custom built contemporary home features 1,515 square foot of central air condition and heated living space.
Massive Great Room has vaulted ceilings, clay tile floors, cable television, DVD player, stereo with CD player. Leather sofa fold out to queen/full size bed. Two other sofas can be used for sleeping.
Dining Room has six leather wrapped chairs with glass top table and ceiling fan.

Our homes are family owned, cleaned and managed. As a result, you are renting a neat, clean, and well maintained home fully furnished and equipped for an enjoyable vacation. Because we manage and maintain our homes, we are able to cut our costs and pass the savings on to our guests. Our rates are hundreds less than most homes. As a result our guests have returned year after year. Why stay in a motel when you can stay in a home on the water!
We generally rent from Saturday to Saturday, but can accommodate other days upon request. Check in is 2 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m. sharp, for housekeeping purposes. Extra days may also be available upon request.

Left on 05/07/2012 for a stay in April 2012
We stayed at the Royal Palm House april 21 - 28, 2012 with friends. The house was overwhelming when we walked in. It was very beautiful, spacious and had all the needs of being at home. The views of the Keys Sunsets from the screened in porch that ran the length of the house were magnificent! We had dinner on the porch to watch the sunset. It was great having the boat slip behind the house too. It was very easy getting out to the atlantic Ocean. Brain was great to work with in setting up our vacation dates with his home. We are looking forward to eventally staying at this house in the near future. Thank you Brian for letting us stay at your beautiful home. Barbara & John
