Description
*** The PENINSULARHOUSE *** a vacation rental home at Mile Marker 58 Bayside on Grassy Key in Marathon, on the Florida Keys.
An attractive single family house with heated pool & spa, cleaned by Spas inc twice a week. Also a Hot Tub. A boat dock with light and water. The house has a completely secluded and private location, with no neighbors overlooking the house grounds with wrap around sea frontage. Plus a privacy fence around the pool area.
The PENINSULARHOUSE only rents Saturday to Saturday. With check-in at 4pm, check-out at 10am the following Saturday. As per local regulations minimum rentals of 7 days.
Kayaks on site, single & doubles, to explore and fish the surrounding waters, plus paddle boards & 17 foot aluminum canoe.
A $ 500 booking deposit /per week/ paid by check holds a rental..
