Description

Leisure World is a gated 45+ Resort, offering you all the security you need. This is a 1667 square foot, single family home. You get in the front door and start loving this place from the first minute you enter. The living room has a vaulted ceiling and comfortable furniture, a sofa, a love seat, an armchair, sink in and forget. The flat screen TV has 52" and offers Cox cable advanced TV (200+ channels) all the music and sports channels you love plus High Definition! Home surround for DVD, CD etc. Straight ahead towards the backyard, you will find an awesomely comfortable recliner, where you will sink in for reading a book or snoozing.

For those of you who hate to be disconnected, there is an office, with an office table and High Speed Internet access, WIFI. This room also offers a comfortable Futon which can be unfolded and sleeps 2.

The master bedroom has big windows allowing a view to the backyard with fruit trees. You get two full beds, side by side or separated, just as you prefer. Hidden in the cupboard you get your TV for late night shows, 200+ Cox channels available. The bathroom is en-suite and spacious. There is a separate toilet, a shower cubicle and a bathtub which is practically walk-in. Adjacent to the bathroom there is a walk-in closet.

The guest bedroom comes with a Queen size bed, a closet and is right next to the guest bathroom with bathtub, overhead shower and toilet.

You will fall in love with the kitchen. Vaulted ceiling, lots of light from the front windows and a solar tube. You get all the dishes, glasses, pots and pans you need, plus a toaster, microwave, coffee maker, oven, fridge with ice maker and iced water, slow cooker, dishwasher. Right next to the kitchen you get your dining table, one of the modern ones with high chairs, which also fit to the counter. In front of the kitchen, outdoors, you will find the so called "Arizona Room". It's closed-in with a screen to keep insects out and still lets a fresh breeze in. You think you sit outside, although you don't. The Arizona Room is furnished with a table and chairs for six and a lounge chair. If you like to barbecue, just roll the barbecue outside and have Burgers and Steaks your way.

You also get a washing machine and drier and not to forget, to get around the resort you have a golf cart available, as well as bikes included in the rental price. And don´t forget the garage protecting your car from the sun.

We're conveniently located in Mesa, Arizona just minutes from Phoenix metropolitan area. The Valley of the Sun one of the most desirable resort destinations in the world - near the stunning Superstition Mountains. Our community is situated on 958 acres with 2,664 homes. Close to shopping, Phoenix Sky Harbor and Phoenix Gateway Airports as well as Light Rail access.

Huge Fitness Center with the latest state-of-the-art equipment. Enjoy your workout on Cybex machines, run on Woodway and train on Power Plate. There are enough endurance possibilities for everybody, you also get free weights and a place to do your stretching. Join classes, such as Yoga, Pilates, Thai-Chi, Line Dancing or specialties such as Arthritis classes etc. Personal training available. Two swimming pools each of them offering lap swimming. There are water gym classes for beginners or advanced and you also get a huge Jacuzzi. Ask for water volleyball hours! You can use the steam bath or the sauna, whenever you feel like it.Tennis courts, shuffle board, lawn bowling, basketball, racket ball, water volleyball. You are not the active type. There is much more, such as card room, pool room, club room or you can join one of the many craft workshops such as: photography, computer classes, jewelry, pottery, painting, sewing, knitting, dancing, wood crafting, you name it they offer it. Computer room with internet access (should you don't bring your own computer for which you have high speed internet access in the house) and where you can print out any document you like.

Big library with all the books you always wanted to read and a lot of magazines and newspapers. They show movies on a regular basis and there is Bingo, various events and trips, just book, relax and enjoy. There is a bank and a post office on site and should you have questions, there is always somebody at reception who would like to help. On one side outside the resort you will find a huge shopping center called "Superstition Center", offering all the shops you need. Macys, Sears, Walmart, Office Max, just to name a few and super markets such as Frye's, WinCo Foods, Albertson's, Safeway can be found just minutes away as well. There are hundreds of restaurants and fast food places just in front of your door step, cheap, casual and formal dining, as you wish.
