Casa Concerto C is a graceful apartment. It sleeps four people. From Casa Concerto C you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the Valdinievole ( Nievole Valley) and of the hills. Casa Concerto C is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 2 km (1.2 miles) from Montecatini Terme , where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 800 meters (880 ya...rds).
Casa Concerto C is located on the first floor. You will reach it from the parking area going up a short private walkway that cuts through the garden and includes approximately 40 stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Concerto C you will need a car. You will be able to park it in a fenced covered parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.
Casa Concerto is a villa in an enchanting setting atop a small hill in the center of Tuscany and only 2 km from the famous Montecatini Spa . The villa is divided into four small holiday apartments that share a garden and a pool.
The swimming pool is 7 meters (23 feet) large by 10 meters (33 feet) long, from 1.40 meter (4.6 feet) to 1.7 meters (5.6 feet) deep. The swimming pool area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. It is partly shaded by olive trees. You will share the pool area with the other guests staying at the complex. It is open from mid-May until the end of September.
The garden is 300 square meters (3230 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by olive trees and by a porch. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the swimming pool area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
On the terrace there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The terrace is 20 square meters (215 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the Valdinievole (Nievole Valley) and of the hills.
The furnishings of the living room are warm and elegant. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a large satellite television. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle.
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the greenery and of the hills. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
