Description
Welcome to pleasant and peaceful days at Le Pèlerin, an apartment, a B&B ( Chambre d'hôtes) and also a retreat center in the heart of the protected village Montségur which lies at an altitude of 930 meter in the French Pyrenees. Montsègur village originates from the 15th century and parts of our house date back to that time.
You might rent our appartment which sleeps 8 persons and/or any of our 4 rooms in our B&B. All in all we cater for up to 20 persons, if the group is larger than that, we rent additional rooms in the village. We have a beautiful conference hall with space for up to 20 - 24 persons.
The apartment is renovated in 2016 and consist of 4 double or twin bedrooms with good quality beds, one spacious bathroom and a seperate toilet. In the middle of the apartment you find our cosy kitchen where all the guests can meet and have meals and good times together. Tables in the private courtyard allows the guests to relax outside too. The rates quoted on this page is for the rent of our apartment. We have called it Winter, because of the colour scheme selected.
In the B&B our double/twin rooms costs 65 euros per night. The familyroom with space for 3 persons costs 82,50 Euros for all three persons. To rent a room in our B&B, please specify how many rooms you would like in your booking. Our bedrooms are modern with ensuite facilities and we offer a large living room for your comfort. The wifi is free of charge. We have a charming inner courtyard where you can enjoy the sun or sit in the shade of a tree.The house was renovated in 2011/2012 with care to preserve its character while providing today’s standards of comfort.
With us you can also visit the weaver's workshop and boutique. In the Weaver's workshop, visitors can watch the art of weaving themselves. Handwoven products will be on sale in the workshop.

“A really special place”
Janos made us feel very welcome indeed. The rooms were excellent, clean and beautifully presented. Montsegur is a delightful place to stay and it was a joy to stay at le Pelerin!
