“Good, clean and the perfect hosts” The village Domazan is perfectly located for exploring the region with for example avigon, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Aix-en-Provence, Marseilles, Camargue or Pont du Gard. It's a lovely little village - and Pascale and Robert are the perfect hosts: Nice, friendly and helpful with everything from small to big matters. The house is nice and clean, and it comes with a safe parking space as well. We were a family with two grown ups and two small children - and our mother in law who flew in to visit us for a few days. It never felt too small or cramped. We really enjoyed the stay here, and invited Pascale and Robert to visit us in Malmö, Sweden if they are in the neighbourhood. And that is probably the best rating you could give to a host family!

“Recommandable flat in the middle of the Provence” Contact persons in Beaucaire welcomed us We enjoyed the home for two weeks - and the washing machine and dishwasher were perfect. Location place was in the middle of the Provence and thereof ideal for trips in the region. The comfort of the flat was high (incl. Sky for watching the Olympic Games!). Trailer park opposite to the flat was too noisy (Karaoke till late in the evening). Sleeping with open windows is impossible (the wall on the other side of the street creates a noise funnel).

“Comfortable house for a real vacation” We spend 2 weeks in this house last year and we were asked to leave a Review here. With pleasure we answered. Great house, very spacious and comfortable. Everything we hoped for. We were with two familys and the house is perfect for this purpose as we all had privacy if wanted. The pool is close so that the children felt safe. Clean, brand new and close to the city. We will be back.

Provence 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath Terrace on Rhone
Perfect French Flat to Share!

Four of us (two couples) shared Barney's lovely Beaucaire flat over Easter Holiday. It was the perfect size for 4 adults and you felt immediately at home. Barney was very responsive during the booking process and easily answered all of our questions. For checking-in, his management agents met us very promptly at the flat. They were warm and welcoming and accommodated our late arrival due to train delays. His agent welcomed us with a nice bottle of rose from the local region too. We bought groceries at the local grocery store and markets and made breakfast in the kitchen before heading out for the day and exploring the avignon region. The kitchen had everything you could want including some leftover sundries such as oil, salt, and pepper, which was super helpful. You'll also find a wine opener, which is handy after you buy wine from the local region. There were plenty of plates, drinking glasses, mugs, wine glasses, flatware, etc. The space is brightly decorated and clean. We enjoyed breakfast and happy hour / tea time on the open terrace, which was just gorgeous on the sunny days. For those who are curious, the bathroom shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure, even with 4 adults cycling through. We did not use the washing machine but there is one should you need it. For those who are looking to relax, the flat is pretty quiet. When you open the shutters and windows, you get lots of natural lighting and a fresh breeze. Minor areas of improvement: - Softer and bigger towels would have been nice. - Basic hand-washing soap for each bathroom sink would have been nice. We absolutely would recommend Barney's flat and Beaucaire as a base for exploring this region. We were able to visit the Pont du Gard, to do some wine tasting in Chateauneuf du Pape, to explore the beautiful French market and Van Gogh exhibits in arles all in about 20-50 mins easy drive. I hope you will enjoy your stay here as much as we did.see more
Avignon countryside : Independent apt with private garden in vineyard village
Relax in southern France in a central location!

We stayed here a Fri night through Mon in early Oct (the weather was fabulous, btw). This is the perfect location to explore the south of France and to visit important historical cities while feeling (and being) in the countryside. More importantly, it was a great place to restore one's soul and simply relax. This is a very good sized (American standard) 2 bedroom/1 bath apt with an open plan kitchen/living/dining area, at the rear of the owners' home in a small village where grapes and wine are the center of life. The apartment is clean, and has everything you could possibly need, including a good size refrigerator, comfortable beds and strong wifi. The apartment feels like you have your own home and much privacy given the layout of the gardens. There is an outdoor patio where we enjoyed French wine, local cheeses, grapes, olives and fresh bread every evening. Robert and Pascale are gracious hosts who will help with directions to sites and groceries (the big market is a 12 minute drive), and guide you to local events. For example, they suggested Uzes on Saturday morning for the market. Great call---and Uzes is a fascinating small town unto itself, so plan on at least 3/4 day there. You can also visit the Pont du Gard, the Roman aqueduct in the area, which is in a nature park that stays open quite late (till midnite!), and is a good picnic spot with an excellent museum that should be visited first. We spent a day in Nimes, a city with outstanding Roman buildings. Visited the fort standing watch over Villenueve d'Avignon at sunset. One could two relaxing days in avignon; one to see the Pope's Palace and another exploring the rest of the city. We never made it to arles--but would suggest there and south to see the white horses and bulls. Needless to say, one needs a car and a GPS is helpful for americans unfamiliar with the French road signage system! But this is one of those places you never forget and soon long to return.see more

Good place to stay with kids

Having two young children, it is not always easy to find a suitable place to spend your holidays. But last year, we succeeded again. With all the space, the beautiful swimming pool and the other children available to play with, we, as parents, could also enjoy our summer holiday in the South of France. Thanks Mas Blanc team, for taking such good care of us!see more

Nice holiday

If you are looking for a holiday for the whole family, you might want to stop spending time searching, just book your stay at the Mas Blanc. This is a very nice place to stay with children. With all the space around the building and the excellent swimming pool, the children are enjoying themselves every minute of the day. Dinner is served for the children seperately, which gave us the opportunity to actually enjoy the food and the interesting conversations with the other guests. In the surroundings of Le Mas Blanc there are many interesting places to visit.see more

Great and large family house close the city center of Nimes

We stayed last year here and this year we will come back with our friends. The house is brand new and it very comfortable. We loved the summer activities in Nimes and some villages close to the beach. We suggest this house to everyone (except when we want to stay...). No dutch tv but we did not miss it at all.see more
CHARMING COTTAGE IN PROVENCE
a perfect paradise right in the middle of it all

We absolutely loved our experience! Jasmine, the owner, was lovely right from the moment we booked and was available throughout our stay for anything we needed. Had we stayed longer we would have loved to have taken advantage of all the great suggestions and tips she had to enjoy Provence. The owners were also great with our dog, who after spending the previous 4 nights in hotel rooms really loved roaming around the olive grove and staring into the pool. The cottage itself is beautiful- very light and bright- just what you would hope for when staying in Provence. And, it was actually bigger than the photos or videos made it out to be. We only stayed for two days, but we could only imagine how wonderful it would be to spend at least a whole week here in the spring, summer, or fall. We loved all the windows and glass sliding doors. It was so open. Also- extremely clean, well-equiped kitchen, and forever-hot water heater, which in many apartment rentals you don't find, no matter how nice they are in the photos! Looking on the map, it may seem like this place is a little farther from your major Provence attractions, but it's actually perfectly situated for visiting everything- Arles, Nimes, Avignon, Uzes, Orange, etc. Oh yes! and the Pont du Gard of course. After touring around France by car you will really appreciate the parking too. In short, we couldn't be happier! Thank you for everything!see more
