Villa Pisana is a villa for rent situated in the hills overlooking a valley not far from Pisa, west of Florence and Siena. The landscape is typical of the Tuscan hills with olive tree groves on the terraced land, vineyards and small groves. The extensive view allows you to relax and enjoy the sunset from the pool side. This ancient country house of 300 square meters has been recently renovated using ancient materials combined with modern techniques and solutions. The result is a house that is extremely comfortable and perfect for a relaxing holiday with friends. The garden is entirely fenced-in and includes an irregular-shaped swimming pool (10,60 x 6.50, 1.20 m deep) (01/05-30/09), a gazebo, a wood-burning oven for pizza making, garden furniture, barbecue and children's games. The location of this villa makes it an ideal departure point for exploring Pisa as well as the Etruscan town Volterra. You can also easily reach the beaches of the Versilia or Marina di Pisa. You also can't miss Lucca, with its historic city centre, and you can reach Florence in just an hour. If you already know Tuscany and its treasures, you can also just enjoy “dolce far niente” (the sweetness of doing nothing) and going for walks among the olive trees. To be requested when booking and to be paid for on location: car hire and car transport, cooking lessons, maid service, babysitter, breakfast service, extra linen change, beauty massages, wine tasting and tours, personal shopper, nordic walking, mountain-bike hire, excursions and truffle mushroom searching, the purchasing of food goods for arrival. A baby-bed and high chair are available and included in the price, but to be requested when booking. On request and to be paid for on location extra bed. Parking inside the property. Access to the property along 2.2 km of dirt track road.

The windows have mosquito nets.
