our stay was made very convenient, the owner went out of his way to make us feel welcome and ensure we enjoyed our stay. the condo is beautiful, very modern and well kept. A beautiful view from the balcony is priceless. the location is near many restaurants and other activities as well. Truly enjoyed our visit and be surely be back.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in PCB. The condo was very clean quiet and had a very modern feel to it. Artem (The owner) is very nice and accommodating to help make our stay enjoyable. We definitely plan to use this condo again.

My family of four stayed at this condo. It is beautifully decorated, well equiped and has great hi-tech features. The panoramic view from the balcony is priceless and being a corner unit, it provides extra privacy. It is also great to look out the master bedroom window and see the beautiful gulf...not to mention the view from the living room. Artem, the owner, is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend this unit...you won't be disappointed! We plan to come back in the future!

The condo was beautful and everything we expected. The view was much more lovely than we planned on. Being a corner unit adds a lot! The owner,Artem, was extremely helpful from beginning to end. We would 100% stay again just because of his business ethic alone. He checked in on us at our arrival and let us know he was always available. We stayed in constant contact through the renting process because of a delay with the mail, he was extremely accommodating and understanding. I read other reviews about slow elevators but we had no issues at all. Pools were clean, condo was exactly as described, view was amazing and artem was an amazing Host. Can't beat staying here!

this place was everything we wasn't expecting. Superb condo! It was clean and comfortable, yet modern and sophisticated. The condo is in a quiet location (corner condo) in the building. The general location is right on the beach (clean), but yet not to far from shopping and grocery stores. We loved the sunrise and sunset views, which were just breathtaking! We had no parking issue. And last, but not least, the owner is a pleasure to deal with. He is always professional, courteous, efficient and attentive. We will definitely be returning next year! Worth every penny and more!

I wasn't sure until I finally got there if I was going to find everything I had hoped for. The unit was immaculate, well-stocked and with a perfect view. The owner was always accommodating and available for questions. I would not hesitate to return. A wonderful experience.

My husband and I were truly impressed by this beautiful condo. We like staying at the Emerald Isle due to its central location close to everything, so when this unit became available, we decided to give it a try. If you don't care for the beachy interior design full of flamingoes, parrots or tropical fish plastered everywhere, this is a place for you. Beautifully and tastefully decorated, it gives you a feeling of luxury and comfort that you can literally bask in. Nothing garish! Nice amenities too, with a fancy coffeemaker and a toaster oven, huge flat screen TVs, and soft linens. The furniture is very elegant and definitely high-end. The condo was very clean, which is really important to us, as well as quiet. Oh, and it's an end unit facing the sunset, so you get to enjoy a breathtaking view without other people in it.
We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone, and we'll definitely stay here again. -

We stayed at this condo for four nights in July 2011. It was a wonderful place to enjoy our vacation. It was like a home of our own, right on the beach. The decor is modern and beautiful, the beds are comfortable. The view was amazing, 13th floor, right on the gulf, toward the sunset. This is definitly the way to stay at Panama City Beach. The price was quite reasonable. The only complaint I would have would be about the elevators in the building. They just dont have enough, so the wait is long and after 20 minutes you get tired of waiting and 13 flights of stairs is long especially carrying stuff. So either be ready for a workout or bring a chair to sit on by the elevators!

Fantastic!!! Do I need to say more? My family has been to Panama City several times, and by far, this was the best. This condo is very beautiful and very well maintained. It is decorated beautifully. The balcony's view is wonderful. The condo is on the end so one can see out into the gulf and down the beach. You can see the sun set from the balcony. Other balconies do not allow this view because one can only see straight into the gulf. The owner, Artem, is such a wonderful person. While we were staying there, he called just to make sure everything was alright and asked if we needed anything? I have never had the owner of the condo call to check to see if the renters needed any assistance. He proved to very honest and wanted his renters to enjoy their stay. The location of the condo is perfect. It is about 2 miles west of Pier Park. It is far enough away from the excitement of that area but yet close enough to get there quickly. I would highly recommend for you to stay here. We will be back.

We have thouroughly enjoyed our vacation stay at this condo in Panama City Beach. It is a nicely appointed condo, with a touch of modern flair, exquisite contemporary furnishings, top notch entertainment centers, and comfortable and very quiet bedrooms. The balcony is large and offers sweeping panoramic views of the ocean (for those enjoying photography), as well as a nice secluded retreat for private dining. The beach is gorgeous and fun, but make sure to use the other amenities as well (the sauna, hot tub, and swimming pools were a hit with our family!) The location is extremely convenient both for basic necessities (groceries, pharmacies) and fine shopping and dining. Overall, it was a good value for our "vacation" dollars! We had lots of fun and we highly recommend this place to you as well.

My wife and I had a chance to get some much needed R&R; on this vacation.
The apartment was very conveniently located. For starters it is right on the beach. All you have to do is take the elevator down, walk a few steps and you are on the beach.
If I recall it right, the facility has 2 pools and a hot tub. There is also a community grill by the pool.
We liked the fact that the property was located away from the hustle and bustle. Yet it was less than 5 min by car to go pier park where there are a lot of restaurants.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms that are very tastefully decorated. The living area has contemporary furniture and is well furnished. There are flat panel TVs in the living room and in the bed room.
The apartment has a ver good view from the balcony. A perfect place to have your breakfast to start the day off.
Regarding food, there are a lot of options. What we did was to buy grocercies from the nearby Winn Dixie and we usually ate breakfast in. Make sure you get the free rewards card from Winn Dixie. It will save money on your purchases.
We usually went out to pier park for dinner. If you are a vegetarian, the options are very limitied.
If you enjoy seafood this is the place to be. There are tons of places that serve seafood. We also saw plenty of signs for all you can eat seafood buffets.
We really had a good time here. My wife and I will definitely go back to stay at this place.
