This unit is located in a large complex directly on the Gulf. It is on the east end of the beach in a quiet area with a four lane road providing great access. It is located near St. Andrews State Park, with plenty of places to eat nearby. Places to rent boats, book day fishing trips, and golf are within a five to ten minute drive. Parking on premise for two cars is available with extra parking across the street for trailers, RV's and small boats.

We have stayed several times in this unit and always found it pleasurable. We really enjoy the fact the unit is on the ground floor with parking in the front and rear, making for easy access. There is no waiting on elevators or worrying about a broken elevator and having to walk a long way to get to the unit. The owner is very friendly, helpful and great to deal with; making our stay always comfortable. The unit has everything you need for a night, week or month stay and the rates are reasonable when compared to other units. Whenever we come to Panama City Beach we always give the owner a call to see if the unit is open.

We choose this particular condo every year because of the easy access to the pool, the beach, the play deck, the grills and parking. We enjoy being on the first floor so we can sit on the porch and meet people as they pass by. The three bedrooms and two baths work well for our group. The kitchen is just the right size and the furnishing are comfortable.

I visited for a week and this unit was absolutely fabulous and so reasonable in cost. The unit was very spacious, clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and had plenty of linens which was so important when traveling with 6 girls! Its location is excellent, I was close enough to shopping and dining and at the same time far enough away from the hustle and bustle that it felt like a private beach. Plenty of staff to help with any problems or answer any questions and it was nice to have security and gated entry. I will definitely look into renting this unit again on my next visit to PC.

we have stayed in this condo several times. it is a great location. we especially like it because it is on the ground floor and we don't have to deal with the elevators. this condo is well kept and chuck has always worked with us with anything we need. cable tv is great too. the shuffle board court is right out the door and we take advantage of that. all in all it is the best place we have stayed at panama city beach and we have been going there for about 25 years now. i would recommend it for any one, especially a large family.
