Description

This two bedroom condo, named "Junkanoo,” and has been stylishly decorated and is sure to provide you with a most memorable vacation! The condo has been nicely appointed with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and leather furniture in the living room. The condo has three TV's and three DVD players; one 39" set in the living room, a large 32" wall-mounted LCD in the master bedroom, and another TV in the guest bedroom. Bad weather? No problem, the owners have also left a few DVD's behind for the kids to watch in the afternoons in their own bedroom. Conveniently still offering the privacy you long for on your vacation, "Junkanoo" is located in the center of the resort near the indoor pool and just foot steps from the 5,000 square foot/******* gallon outdoor oasis swimming pool. If you long for a place to look forward to returning to each year, then we are sure that you will love this exceptionally decorated Two Bedroom Villa!!! Please note that this condo is not available for online monthly rentals March through September. Please call to inquire about monthly rentals within this timeframe.

Response from the manager Glad you had a good time. I checked everything online and cannot find where this listing says it has a sleeper sofa. Actually in the description on most listing sites is specifically says - the condo has been nicely appointed with a king size bed in the master bedroom, two full size beds in the guest bedroom, and leather furniture in the living room - leaving out mention of a sleeper sofa because it does not have one. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
