Steve Leuniz at Pointe Tapico Cliffs Condos was a big reason why our 3 months stay was so enjoyable. We have never experienced a manager who was so attentive and caring about our needs. He always seemed to be there when we needed his help, local shopping info to the best routes to take around town. Our unit was clean and contained all the amenitiesthat you would expect from a nic 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo. This is a gatedd community with 3 pools, each with a hot tub and gas barbeques, all of them placed within easy walking distance of the condo. Another feature that we enjoyed was the proximity to North Mouontain Park with a beautiful interpretive centre. it contains several 1500 and 2000 foot peaks scattered around desert walking trails. All within an easy walking distance of the condo. Alarge grocery store is also a short walk away. A great location and great condo for anyone looking for a winter get away.

I felt very "at home" in this condo. It is very well-stocked and super clean. Very attentive and efficient management. Nice pools and hot tub, also super clean.

My wife and really enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was roomy for the two of us with 2 bedrooms and baths. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Only upgrades we would have asked for would have been a newer flat screen TV and furniture to relax in after our hikes in the mountains. Steve was great and there for our every need to make our vacation very carefree. Thanks Steve.

Steve met us as promised when we got here, and did a great job of walking us through everything that we needed to know about staying in this condo. We appreciated the condo, as it was well stocked and comfortable to live in. It was also very well located, and made it very easy for us to get to the various parts of the city that we wanted to get to.

The view from the patio balcony is of the parking lot, but that was the only downside we could see.

Stayed at Pointe Tapatio Cliffs for three nights. Went to several ball games at chase field. Stadium is about a 10 miles from the condo. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and plan on staying again next year.

We stayed here for our daughter's graduation. She wanted to have a party for her friends that were leaving the state the next day. Although she had just bought a house, there was just not enough space to cook and store the food for it. I found the staples (flour, spices etc) and all the pots, pans and utensils I needed to prepare several tasty dishes! I have stayed in many "kitchen items supplied" rentals and have never had a such a well supplied place. It even had a mixer! The rest of the condo was well maintained and was as depicted. We stayed a week and it was wonderful to take home clean clothes. Showers worked wonderful, fluffy towels in abundance, comfy beds etc. Covered parking, secure location, quiet neighborhood, lovely deck.

We stay Pointe Tapatio cliffs condominiums for the summer time, was very convenience,3 pools Onsite,plenty hiking, mountain and road biking, golfing. Close to paradise valley mall, and restaurant and much more amenities. Made my phoenix moving transaction very smooth. A very tranquility place.

We had a great stay at Steve' condo. Very clean, had everything a family of four would ever need for a great week of fun. The bonus was having 2 twin beds in the second bedroom for our two boys. Was so nice, nobody wanted to leave!

I checked on Vacation Rentals Phoenix and found the perfect spot for our two week vacation. It was convenient for shopping and restaurants.
We felt safe in the gated 'community' and it was very quiet. The condo itself was well appointed, very clean and had all the amenities we needed. We liked the southwestern look with it's warm colors.The master bedroom is large with 2 sinks in the en-suite with a luxury tub. Ladies...you will love the huge closet, lots of room for all the shopping your about to do. The living room is bright with sliding glass patio door and the patio is a generous size...no tight quarters.
I would recommend the condo to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.
Steve, the manager was very helpful in so many ways recommending restaurants, grocery stores and shopping areas.
You will not be disappointed.

We had a great time at Pointe Tapatio. The weather was perfect, the pools and the property were clean and well taken care of. The condo itself was also modern and well kept. We loved hiking in the desert and visiting the Grand Canyon up north. We would definitely like to come back someday. Thanks for all your help also, Steve.

We shared the condo and had the spare room which we knew had twin beds. For the price savings we accepted that but the problem was the lousy mattresses and there was no dresser to put anything away. Not even a luggage rack. Had to live out of the suitcases in the middle of the room. The rest of the condo was great, nicely decorated, good location. People were friendly. I will not plan to share a condo with anyone in the future but I would definitely stay there again if it is just one couple.

We're sorry to hear you had issues with the guest bedroom. There is a walk-in closet with shelves and a small vanity table with drawers, but there is no big chest or dresser as with the master bedroom, as there was not as much space. We wish you had mentioned this to us during your stay, but we have now added a small set of drawers in the closet with additional surface space too, in addition to the round wicker table and night stands already there. We're glad you found everything else suitable and enjoyed your stay. Thanks for being our guest! -

The Pointe Tapatio condo was better than we ever expected. Everything needed was provided. All we needed to do is buy food. The basics were left for us, ketsup, mustard, salt, pepper etc. I cannot imagine staying in a hotel if this condo is available. The central Phoenix location was a plus. Loved it, can't say more than that!

I was traveling with a 15 month old 2 days before my husband arrived and Steve greated us, helped us bring in a crib and highchair. He helped with the luggage. He was warm, friendly and very professional. He made sure we knew he was there if needed.

We truly enjoyed our two week rental at the Pointe Tapatio Cliffs. Our condo was better than expected because the photos really do not do it justice. It was spacious with an amazing layout, very well-equipped, and extremely clean upon arrival. We appreciated the nice touches such as Christmas music, flowers and decorations upon arrival. The attendant "Steve" was very helpful and always there to answer any questions.Knowing someone was there to help us if needed was a great relief.
The location is a bit north of the main city but every part of Phoenix was easily accessible. We especially enjoyed the "Fry's" grocery store nearby which had cheaper prices than back home; therefore, we cooked a lot of meals at the condo and saved ourselves the time and trouble of eating out all the time.
The pools are lovely too! We didn't swim but soaked up the glorious sun on the warmer days.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The grounds were well groomed and their were many activities to keep us busy! We played tennis and swam in the 3 pools. The accommodation was very roomy and cozy. We were close to many golf courses. Steve who checked us in was very helpful with dining suggestions. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

The property was available a day earlier than committed which was helpful for me. It was spotlessly clean, and although everything was in reasonable condition, there were things that did not work. In my attempt to have them rectified, I found the owner to be argumentative and confrontational and his behavior inappropriate for an owner/resident relationship. The development is wonderful with a great location, but would not return to the unit again.

While we strive to meet every need of our guests at bargain rates, from personal check-in escort to on-site management, we did encounter one extremely difficult guest over 7 years that soon proved impossible to please. From false claims that he was "paying top dollar" during peak season when in fact he was paying either the same or much less than all our competitors in the same complex or elsewhere in the area, to ridiculous remarks such as that the kitchen cabinet finish was "too 1990's" despite having seen the property in advance and pleased enough with the pristine appearance and decor to make the reservation his behavior was consistently inappropriate. Despite allowing him to check in a night early at no additional charge, responding to every demand immediately, returning an item he forgot as soon as requested and more, he continued to prove difficult when the one issue he references in his review (having to temporarily remove two screws from a doorknob that developed a slight issue only 5 weeks after he had been at the property) was not resolved until the next day. The fact that that he admits this is the only issue he had in a 3-month stay, and the way he rudely reacted and became verbally abusive because it took a day to resolve, supports our position on the matter. We have had nothing but stellar reviews from all our guests before and after this one, which you are welcome to read on all our other listing sites that have been in perfect standing for the past 7 years (ask us for the links to these reviews).
Of course it is not unheard of in the vacation rental business to encounter a guest such as this who seeks to pay budget prices yet expects white glove service, we are very happy that in all our years and over two hundred renters that this is the only dissatisfied and difficult guest we have had. We take pride in that matter and will continue to provide excellent service to all current and future guests!
