Tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Bonita Beach community, you'll find this charming, beautifully remodeled duplex located on a Gulf access canal. This unit is located on the right side of the duplex, which is unique in that it enjoys the exclusive use of the fully screened lanai with heated, in ground swimming pool.

Located in Imperial Shores, you will be just 5 minutes by car to the pristine sands of Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach. The owners have lovingly paid attention to every detail, creating the perfect vacation home for you to enjoy all that Southwest Florida has to offer.

Fully enclosed screened lanai with heated in ground pool, spacious sundeck, outdoor dining table and sun lounger reserved exclusively for the guests of this unit. A privacy fence runs the length of the lanai, providing visual privacy between the two units.

A shared boat dock runs the width of the property, along the Gulf access canal, with room to tie up a boat, if desired.

Parking is available in the driveway and garage is also for guest use.

Bonita Springs is in the heart of Southwest Florida. Immediately to your north you will find Lovers Key State Park, Fort Myers Beach, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Sanibel, and Captiva Islands. To the south is the luxurious town of Naples. Within a half hour of the home you will find all the beaches, water sports, fishing, cultural events, sporting events, nature preserves, shopping, and dining you will need to make your time in Southwest Florida completely unforgettable!

This property is approximately 21 miles from RSW International Airport and less than 5 miles to Bonita Beach.

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home, front entry and lanai.

No pets allowed.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

Please note: The tides change and neither the management company nor the owner of the home have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to present a government issued picture ID, matching the name on the property is booked in, to a representative of management company or property owner within 24 hours of your check-in.
