Bramble Cottage is located at bogridgefarmcottages in a gorgeous countryside setting between Harrogate & Otley.

VisitEngland rated 4 Star with a Gold Award.

Our changeover days are Mondays and Fridays only so we welcome guests to stay for 3,7,10 and 14 nights when arriving on a Friday and 4,7,11 and 14 nights when arriving on a Monday.

Bramble Cottage has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, so is ideal for grown up families, families with small children but cozy enough for a couple. A generous welcome pack of Yorkshire produce is provided - Tea, ground coffee, milk & biscuits and eggs from our own hens, a warm welcome awaits all.

Set amidst meadow grass fields & footpaths with Bluebell woodland nearby, the fresh air is exhilarating and the views are stunning.

Bramble Cottage has its own walled patio area with table & chairs, great for alfresco dining and shares a gated garden area, with Rossmoor Cottage next door, 15m away for children to play with a climbing frame, swing and slide combination.

We are just 15 minutes drive to the Spa & Conference town - Harrogate, famous for Betty's Cafe, Harlow Carr Gardens and its Turkish Baths, with many great restaurants for eating out. Ideally situated for golfers, just a 10 minute drive to Pannal Golf Club and Rudding Park Golf. Enjoy a day out at Fountains Abbey & Studley Royal, Newby Hall & Gardens, Harewood House. Go Walking or Cycling round Fewston & Swinsty reservoirs, or Follow the cycle route for the Tour de France practically on our doorstep.Within easy reach of the Historic City of York, Ilkley, Leeds, Otley and & the Yorkshire Dales and everything they have to offer.welcome - we have a travel cot, high chair and stair gate available free of charge on request.

Dogs are accepted by prior arrangement at a cost of £25.00. A doggylicious kennel with a large run is provided just a few metres from the cottage. Please note dogs are not allowed in the cottage.

Immaculately presented south facing, stone cottage with a light & airy feel, retaining its original exposed perlins.
Well equipped kitchen with oak fitted units and integrated appliances
Three steps lead up to the living room which features a Yorkstone fireplace with cast iron, log effect burner for those cozy evenings in.
The winding staircase rises from a spacious entrance hall to a galleried landing area off which are the twin/king size bedroom and the house bathroom with corner bath.
The ground floor double has en-suite facilities with a large shower & patio doors leading outside.
To the rear of the cottage the kitchen looks on to bird feeders with finches, woodpeckers, pheasants, hens to name but a few.
Walled, patio area to front with outdoor furniture.

Adjacent to the cottage is a walled, gated garden area with seating, a swing,slide & climbing frame combo, swing ball and plenty of space for ball games and children to play.
Parking is directly outside the cottage & patio area.
Bramble Cottage backs on to footpaths and the Owners who live next door are happy to let you wander as long as you follow the countryside code.
An undercover, purpose built dog kennel with a large run is provided for guests with dogs, giving you freedom to enjoy your holiday with or without them, knowing they are secure if you want to leave them behind. NB, dogs are not allowed in the cottage.

A car is needed to make the best of the area around Bogridge Farm Cottages. The local train station is Weeton, on the York - Harrogate - Leeds line just 5 minutes drive away .

We live at Bogridge Farm too so we will be here to welcome you and answer any questions you may have about Bramble Cottage. We do our own cleaning to Covid 19 industry standards and we are operating a self check in service. We are also on hand to help you during your stay should you need any advice on where to go and what to see. We have info in the cottage about nearest supermarkets and eating out as well as many leaflets on the many things to do round and about.

“Great Cottage, Great Location”

This is a great little getaway. The accommodation is really cosy and comfortable. The cottage is fitted to a high standard and has everything you need. It's location is perfect surrounded but lovely walks and countryside but with lovely towns and visitor attractions nearby! If you're considering it, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed!
