Description

Little Palms Villa is a well appointed 3 bedroom home situated in the peaceful upmarket community of Sabal Harbour. The villa is decorated in a pleasant Caribbean style with new comfortable furnishings throughout. The entrance leads into a dining room with a stereo music system, a comfortable sofa and chair and seating for 6 at the table. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a large oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher with 'Corian' counter-tops and has a table seating four and a Breakfast Bar with tall Wicker stools.

The Living Room has very comfortable sofas, Wicker furniture and furnishings, and has a large flat screen Sony Bravia Smart T.V.connected to an H.D. digital cable system and Bose sound for great entertainment on the occasional night in. High speed (WiFi) Internet access (free connection) and telephone are beside the T.V.

The pool deck leads to the private heated south facing pool under a Lanai with a dining set and four poolside loungers. A gas BBQ is located here for the free use of guests.

The Master Bedroom has a King Size pillow top bed,new furniture and a LCD T.V. with soundbar. An en suite shower room is entered from here along with a large walk in wardrobe.

Bedroom two has a Queen bed with pillow top mattress, furniture and another wall mounted flat screen T.V. and wardrobe space.

Bedroom three has twin beds with pillow top mattresses, furniture and wardrobe plus a large LCD T.V. with a Bose sound system and Blu Ray player.

These bedrooms share a bathroom off the hallway. All bedrooms have vented air conditioning and ceiling fans.

House rules

Our home sleeps 6 people comfortably in the three bedrooms.
A sleep sofa in the dining room is available for occasional use but this may not be suitable for guests for longer stays and a larger home than ours may be a better option.

The pictures don’t do this house justice! If you have small kids and want a pool this house is perfect for you! The fence around the pool helped so much with my small kids!

We have never had less than four, but mainly five star reviews in the 12 years we have rented our villa, so I hope you understand our worry at this. The comfort of guests and the enjoyment of their time at the villa is all that we ever concern ourselves with. I have contacted our management company to check the timeline of events during the breakdown and subsequent replacement of the air-conditioning system, and also to check that you were well looked after during your stay. Amy, our guest liaison person who looked after you, checked every day to see if there was anything that you needed or if she could help further in any way. She said that you insisted that you were fine. She also thought that you all had a great approach to the situation as it developed and is therefore shocked to read the review. I know that it would not have been possible to have the situation rectified any sooner than it was as the engineer made the work a priority due to your circumstances. This was all completed before our payment for the system arrived from the UK so we were initially very pleased with the outcome. On our part, we do not contact guests during a stay as this can be intrusive to some, but you had our telephone numbers and email addresses and you were asked before arrival to get in touch if there should be anything that you needed whilst at the home. When I was informed of the A.C. problem by your niece, who was not staying with you but had recommended our home to you after previous visits, I emailed you straight away. This was to send our best wishes, update you on the fact that we had just agreed for a new system to be fitted, and to let you know that I would be in touch when you returned home to see what we could work out for you. You did not reply to me and your two-star review was posted before I had a chance to send you this email. We were not made aware until half way through your stay that one of your party was quite ill. If you had asked Amy or ourselves to move you to another property then we would have agreed to this straight away, but you kept saying that things were okay and you appeared to be very understanding of the situation. We can only apologise for the inconvenience to you all for the time you spent without A.C. at the villa. I will now follow up with you as promised to see if we can recompense you in some way for this unfortunate event. Our best wishes to you all for your future travels.
