WE ARE A GOLD STANDARD CERTIFIED PEOPERTY. This unique octagonal house sits atop a pedestal at tree top level. It is located right at the water’s edge on a quiet stretch of white sand beach 4 miles north of San Pedro; far from the tourist scene, but a short walk along the beach to wonderful restaurants, beach bars and a well-stocked little grocery store. This is the ultimate location for diving, snorkeling or fishing, or just relaxing on the veranda looking out at the crystal clear turquoise water.
The Tree House has spectacular views of the Meso American barrier reef, the second largest barrier reef in the world. It is the ideal spot for a romantic getaway, or for two couples or a small family. You’ll be living in a house, not a hotel or condo, with all the comfort and privacy of home. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. The living room has a couch which folds out to a queen size bed. There is a 26 inch flat screen TV, cable, and a DVD player, a land line and high speed internet. You have the use of a 2 person kayak as well as a single kayak.
