Description

Two spacious bedrooms with king size beds comfortably sleep up to 4 people. Further single beds are available upon request. Both bedrooms have large sliding glass doors providing direct access out onto the sundeck, pool and garden. There are two bathrooms finished to a high standard with black granite surfaces, modern fittings, waterfall showers and a handmade terrazzo bath.

The large living room has plenty of space and facilities - a large teak sofa and armchair, a 40' plasma TV with cable, a DVD player and a Hi Fi stereo system. The Western-style kitchen has all mod-cons and the dining area is suitable for up to 6. A full maid service is offered and a driver and chef are available on request.

There is a private infinity edge swimming pool, large sundeck with sunbeds and sunshade, a BBQ, hand-carved table and chairs and a well-kept garden. A perimeter wall, dotted with plants and night lights, makes this a perfect private space for a relaxing tropical break.

• The villa outdoor space can be locked at the main gate to the outside and the internal area has locks on all windows and doors. All personal belongings and their security is the responsibility of the guest.

A great family villa, very quiet...hire a car you'll need one...the villa managers are just around the corner they are there to assist you 24/7..i highly recommend this villa to any family.

We would like to take this opportunity just to clarify a few points for the benefit of other prospective guests: Generally speaking, electricity is always included in the rental costs. In some instances when a guest negotiates the rental cost down considerably for a long term booking, a reduced rental rate may be offered with the electricity cost in addition. This is fairly standard practice. Any guests who do agree to a rental cost with electricity charged separately are shown the meter on check in and then at check out and the costs per kw are explained in advance. It is true that the villa does use quite a lot of electricity due to the infinity edge pool. It is extremely rare for mould to occur in the walk in closet. Opening doors and windows in the master bedroom and bathroom at various times throughout the day should ensure this is not a problem. Thanks again for staying with us. How do damage deposits work?
