Located on the beach in Sandy Bay, Sand Dollar is part of a small, gated community boasting a shared pool and private dock. You can walk out your front door every morning and swim straight out to snorkel over the second-largest barrier reef on earth.

With a location like this, you'll love living the island lifestyle all day long!

You can easily reach lots of fun island activities from Sand Dollar, including Anthony's Key Resort's famous dolphins just down the street. Botanical gardens, dive shops, paddleboard rentals, and scuba dive shops are all nearby as well.

Head just a few minutes down the main road to reach vibrant West End Village for plenty of restaurant options, as well as tons of other activities and a water taxi to West Bay Beach.

A few minutes' drive in the other direction is Coxen Hole, where grocery stores, local shops, and transportation hubs are all located.

This area of Sandy Bay is perfectly situated for a quiet stay with easy access to everything else you might want to enjoy while in the tropics.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
