Description

This is the perfect family vacation villa, located in a quiet cul de sac. Our home has 5 luxurious bedrooms, 2 of which are master en-suites. Our pool and jetted spa are 100% private, not overlooked by other homes. Glenbrook Resort is in a safe community with CCTV surveillance. This is a no-smoking, no-pet and no-parties villa.

We are situated under 30 minutes away from key attractions. Disney Resort is Less than 7 Miles (10-12 Minutes), Downtown Disney SeaWorld is 15 Miles (20 - 25 Minutes), and Universal is 20 Miles (25 - 30 minutes).

NEIGHBOURHOOD DESCRIPTION:

The villa is situated in a quiet prestigious cul de sac location on an oversized plot in the Glenbrook Resort Community. The Glenbrook Club House is an important factor, as it has lots of additional facilities that many other resorts do not have for guests to enjoy.

There is a Vast array of Restaurants within a few minutes including Fast Food (MacDonalds, Burger King, Pizza Hut) and Buffett Style (Ponderosa, Sizzler's and Grand Corral), to High Cuisine Restaurants including Italian, and Chinese.

Walk-in Medical Services is located 2 minutes away in the Shopping Centre.

Walgreens, Eckherd (Pharmacy and grocery / General Store) are on the Entrance to Glenbrook, Shopping Complex with Bank, P.O., Restaurants, 1/2 mile away and a State of the Art 24Hr Walmart just 1 Mile away.

Cagons Crossing opposite Walmart is a major retail/restaurant complex now open.

GLENBROOK CLUBHOUSE GUEST ACCESS & AMENITIES:

The Glenbrook Community is a Vacation Estate offering resort Style facilities including Clubhouse with a Large TV / Cinema Room, Air Hockey, Pool Table and Wireless Internet access. Outside there is a Designer Swimming Pool with a Large Pool deck complete with Sun Loungers etc. Volleyball and Tennis Courts are also available. The Glenbrook Resort Clubhouse is for free use to all our guests.

HOUSE RULES: Guests are required to follow the instructions posted in the house. TRASH REMOVAL: Due to a strict policy at Glenbrook, trash containers have to remain outside of the garage on the side of the house. Please ensure that the bins are placed at the curb only the night before trash days which are, Mon and Thursday. A fine of 25$ will be charged if not followed and overflowing trash bins are found after check-out. For the added comfort and safety of all our guests NO SMOKING, NO PETS and NO PARTIES are allowed in the villa.

This home was large, comfortable and clean. It has all the amenities that you could ever need and then some. The kids especially loved the private pool. I would certainly rent again!!

Response from the owner Ronda Marino your review is completely fabricated you were despareat and tried to receive a free stay at my villa. I can assure you that our villa is very well maintained and our pool is 100% privater. You arrived at my villa one day prior to your schedule booking date. You made every effort to get a free night stay despite your promise to pay. Upon your arrival the cleaners were there cleaning up from the previous guest who left a couple hours prior. You made every effort to rush them out by insisting on folding the towels from the wash. Shortly after I received an email from you complaining about the villa and begged me if you can stay that night for free. I was sympathetic and said yes. You continued to send me several emails complaining about issues you had in the villa. I immediately informed my management company to address your concerns to ensure everything was perfect. The management went to the villa spoke with You and informed me that all was well. After a few days You ask me to extend your stay for three additional days free of charge, or give you a refund because the hedges were pruned. I declined your request and advised you that the Resourt Association pruned the hedges annually to maintain the hedges. This is when you informed me that you do not know how you will review my villa. I informed you that I cannot discuss your review but it seems like you are using a review to get a refund from me and it looks like blackmail. After your departure from the villa my management discovered that you disconnected all 6 television DVD and PS3 cables you mixed up all the wiring including the phon line. Based on your behavior I believe you are threatening home owners with a review in order to get a free stay. I will not recommend that any home owner rent to your family. Regards, Marj & Sam
