Response from the manager Thank you for your TripAdvisor feedback, there is an owner contact folder for customers who require assistance or have any queries regarding the local area or the property. Given the opportunity, the owner would have been delighted to assist with any questions or explanations regarding the local flood damage which fortunately only affected the nearby bridge and did not impact the property.
