We are one of the very few legal short term rentals within the city limits of South Lake Tahoe (3 night minimum required) (HRP012240). Have it all in this extremely clean, unique location & setting (check out our reviews!). Wonderful 2 bedroom + loft chalet with large deck, private hot tub, wooded views, gas BBQ, rustic with open beam ceilings & sleeps up to 6 (4 adults maximum or a mix of adults & children (6 maximum). 2 car parking maximum. Ceiling fans in each room with new upgrades: Just added new sectional living room couch, 2019-AIR CONDITIONING! During summer walk to lake, casinos (0.9 mile), shopping, Edgewood Golf Course, Heavenly Gondola (0.8 mile). Great bike riding. Miles of Hiking trails right from the property. Winter, Heavenly gondola (0.8 mile) or California main lodge 1-2 minutes drive. Cross country or snow shoe right from the property to VanSickle Park. The location does not get any better than this. We have had this cabin the longest and it enjoys the highest rate of return guests. Enjoy sitting on the deck and watch bears, deer, coyotes walk by in the green belt below the cabin. We stay in the onsite caretaker apt. provide snow removal & great advice on what to do while you are here. Excellent high speed WIFI for remote working. Remember this is a housekeeping cabin so linens, towels, starter toilet paper & soap provided but you will need to shop when you are here for the remainder of your stay.

Due to Hosts serious medical issues do pets of any kind including service animals are allowed.

This IS NOT a party house but a great place for couples, families & friends to enjoy! Loud partiers need not apply! Absolutely no bachelor or bachelorette parties/groups allowed.

We stay in the onsite caretaker apt. completely separate and not a shared living arrangement. Please read the many reviews from our guests if you have concern about privacy. This allows us to be one of the few legal vacation rentals allowed withn the city limits of South Lake Tahoe (HRP021).

Response from the owner Hi Sarah Anne, So glad we could finally work out dates for you & family to visit. Hope we see you again! Note: We change the water in the hot tub before each guest visit. What sometimes happens is that guests don't shower before using and body oils, body lotions, suntan lotions & dirt (especially kids) will cloud the water. We takes a while for the filtering & chemicals to clean it so if a number of people use it often especially over a shorter stay it may not catch up before they leave.
