“Outstanding Home” First time using Flip Key. Needed to rent a home that was wheelchair accessible for my dad. On the day we were to arrive, my dad had to have emergency surgery and couldn't make it. I'm glad we got this home. It is only a five minute drive from the airport, yet we felt completely safe and the area is very quiet (except for the occasional horse whinny!). This home is all on one level. Very misleading exterior - looks much smaller - until you walk in and see how large and open it is. We were there for a week and I was just starting to learn where all the rooms were by the end. Rooms are great - 4 bedrooms - Crazy large master bedroom and bath suite! The master shower has 3 shower heads. Everything was neat and clean. Plenty of towels. Great kitchen, huge game room with pool table, large screen TV, stereo, bar. Front loading washer and dryer. And the outside - Perfect. Large enough for any group. Nice pool and outside bathroom. Nice touch with the outside stereo system. I would love, love, love to stay in this home again. Our entire family that came (9 of us) all loved the house. Thanks to Carolyn helping with anything we needed (which was just a couple of questions). Help these folks out by renting there home - you will not be disappointed!

“GREAT HOUSE AND GREAT LOCATION!” The house was perfect for our family get-together the week after Christmas. With two grandkids, 10 and 13, we didn’t want to stay on the strip. However, the house is just a hop from the strip (15 min or so) and in a quiet neighborhood with a big park nearby for walks. We also found easy access to roads for Hoover Dam, Red Rock Canyon, Neon Boneyard and the Pinball Museum where you can actually play older pinball machines. The property manager was very gracious and met us at the house when we arrived. She showed us where everything was, how everything worked and answered all our questions. She also gave us info on locations of grocery stores (we cooked in after busy days on the strip) and restaurants. We appreciated the fact she was available anytime we needed her. The WiFi worked great and everyone had space to hang out together…or not. The pool table was a plus and the heated pool and spa were wonderful. We’d love to visit again and definitely recommend it, Thanks! to Frank and Sharon

“Perfect off the strip Las Vegas vacation spot” Clean, comfortable, safe and away from the crowds - this was the perfect spot for a vacation with our grown children. Condo was thoughtfully furnished so it felt like home. Convenient shopping nearby for forgotten items or stocking the pantry. Bike rental close too so hubby could keep his exercise routine going. Quick trip to the strip when we wanted to experience the quintessential Vegas. Red Rocks Casino was close when we wanted smaller crowds. We took in a first run movie there. Easy day trips to Red Rocks Canyon, Hoover Dam and Valley of Fire. Loved the welcome booklet which included useful information - including immediate care facility, which unfortunately, was needed during our visit due to an infection flare up. Property manager was helpful, friendly and responsive. Highly recommended!

“Comfortabe and Cozy” I stayed in this 2nd floor condo ( very minimal noise from the neighbors) during January 2015. It is a great place for 1-4 people. Close to everything (15 minutes max) and had everything stocked that I needed. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed, ceiling fans and HUGE refrigerator. Wi-Fi was a breeze and the cable options included almost all the premium channels. And I must mention the master shower has double heads- awesome!! I had a very positive experience and would recommend it for others unless walking up one flight of stairs is a problem. Also, very visible security and 10 mph speed limit (no booming cars or cycles). All this and your own covered parking spot. Thanks Tamara

“A Great Place to Stay” Staying at Mike's condo was a positive experience from start to finish. To begin with, he was very easy to communicate with. Since I was staying for a full month, I had lots of questions. Some could even call me annoying. But he readily answered everything quickly and was more than patient with me. When I got to the condo, I was pleasantly surprised. The place looked even better than in the pics. As promised, the beds were comfy and the general atmosphere relaxing. I love to cook, so having a full kitchen is important to me. I was able to make all my favorite dishes there. Unfortunately I had forgotten to pack my swimsuit, so I had to go out and buy one. I'm glad I did. The pool was so beautiful and the water so clear that even though I had come to Vegas for work, I could splash around in the afternoon when I got home and feel like I was on vacation. I hope next time I'm in Vegas the place is available again.

“Superb villa with everything you need” We really enjoyed our time at this Summerlin villa. The area is nice and quiet but easy to get to with restaurants, shops and super markets within a few minutes drive. The villa is beautifully furbished with modern TVs, great size dining area and 2 seating areas, fully equipped kitchen, games room with pool and air hockey, WiFi etc. and all presented to a very high standard. The pool is fantastic and the Jacuzzi a delight, perfect for relaxing after time on the Strip. We could not fault this villa, it is perfect.
