“Scenic Neighborhood with Pool” Condo was very nice--- clean and new-ish with lots of useful amenities. Back deck and front porch were nice spots to relax. Neighborhood was quiet and inviting with lovely landscaping. A Community pool was a real plus for the grandkids. On the downside, you definitely need cars to get places, although there were mostly short drives to town, stores and beaches. Fenwick Island State Park, the beach at Indian River Inlet, and Lewes were our highlight locations. Two problems--- the front door lock did not work so we had to leave it open and take valuables; and the bikes need a bit of work as tires were underinflated and chains were loose. On my 1st day ride, the chain came off and it was a hot walk back. I had to borrow tools to reconnect. So we didn't trust or use the bikes that week.
“Great Family Vacation Destination!” We had been looking for a family vacation that would be fun for all ages, which in our case spanned from 17 to 31 years, with grandchildren ages 5 & 2 yrs. This beach house location really fit the bill. Great layout, very comfortable, spotless, and a warm and welcoming decor. Beautiful waterfront view, where we could eat outside, relax with a book, or kayak on the canal, which we were able to take advantage of. We loved being close to playground, pool, shopping, and restaurants, and night life. The beach is just a short drive away. We were able to walk about 5 minutes down the road with lawn chairs to get a great view of the fireworks on the bay. No traffic to contend with! Close enough to spend a day in Ocean City MD if you desire. We did! Grandkids enjoyed minigolf, also very close by. Because of the great location and well maintained property, we would highly recommend this beach property to anyone of any age.
“Loved the location and the condo is very spacious.” Everything was very nice; however we have an issue with our microwave and no one has been in to replace it even though they promised to two days ago.
“Spacious and lots of bikes!” Our family got together w 7 adults and 5 kids and this place was perfect. There were 4 bedrooms, big kitchen (fully stocked for lots of people), plenty of indoor and outdoor eating space. There were also lots of bikes and all the beach stuff (chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, toys) and games you could ever need.
We normally drive to the beach (they have parking passes), but only bc we took so much stuff. Otherwise bikes or the trolley would have been perfect too.
Loved it! Thanks!
Although the license plates proudly claim Delaware to be the "First State," there's a lot more to this charming corner of the northeast than its riveting past. The state's beaches are really what make it a compelling destination for travelers. With 28 miles of Atlantic coast that beckons to be lounged upon, Delaware offers a whole range of beachside properties. Rent a home near the Spring Break hub of the north at Dewey Beach or on quaint Fenwick Island. While travelers often overlook the second-smallest state, savvy vacationers know Delaware's ribboning beaches and eclectic towns make for a great getaway.
Be sure to check out these popular Delaware tourist attractions:
Rehoboth Beach: Home to what's touted as the best boardwalk in America, Rehoboth Beach is a slice of Atlantic paradise. Upbeat and lively, Rehoboth Beach is the perfect destination for Delaware-bound adventure seekers.
Bethany Beach: More serene and quiet than Rehoboth Beach, the surf and sand are yours to enjoy in calm Bethany Beach. This region is home to a vast array of wildlife, including sand sharks, horseshoe crabs and Canadian Geese.
Dover: Delaware's capital is large enough to offer all the comforts and luxuries of the country's cosmopolitan cities, yet maintains a quaint and historic small-town feel. Dover is also home to fascinating museums and galleries that chronicle the region's rich colonial history.
Wilmington: Home to Rodney Square and some of the state's most important historical sites and museums, Wilmington retains much of the scenic splendor and architectural wonder of its colonial days.
Fenwick Island: On a barrier island between the ocean and the bay that houses the majority of Delaware's beaches, Fenwick Island is a quiet respite, offering picturesque scenery, quiet cafes and a laid-back pace.
The most popular time of year to visit Delaware is in the summer, particularly July and August. Delaware campgrounds and beaches do get crowded during those months, though, so visiting earlier in the spring or after autumn has settled in can make for a more relaxing vacation. Delaware National Parks are also particularly scenic in the fall.
Renting a beach house or condo makes more sense than competing with the crowds for cramped, noisy hotel rooms. These vacation rentals offer more privacy, with many offering spectacular ocean panoramas.

Best Value at the Delaware Shore!
Great location and very affordable!
We stayed at this rental while we were moving in to a home we recently built in the area. It was roomy enough for 6 adults and a child plus a dog. It was very clean and very near to shopping and the beaches in the area. We would definitely stay here again! …

Upscale Waterfont Home with Elevator gone Green -
Awesome!!!!
This home is so wonderful. Its location to all the attractions is great. The house had everything that anyone want. We spent most of our time in the screened in porch. Our granddaugher who is almost 2 loved to ride on the bikes and scooters... well really being pushed. We all loved to drive the golf cart around the neighborhood. Fished from the pier but did not catch anything. Of course we had to test out the fire pit for smores. We went as both MD and DE were opening up from wearing masks for those who were vacinated and not everyone was mask free but we felt ok with that and sometimes we masked up as well. This time of year was the best since it was not croweded, but then some things were not open everyday. We had a wonderful time at Ravens Nest. I would highly recommend staying at the Ravens Nest. The owner was super nice and very thorough on instructions for the home. Thank you Mary for opening up your lovely home …

Sea Colony
Fantastic stay. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the place. Plenty of space foe the 4 of us during rhe stay. Easy tram ride to and from the beach made that part of each day less stressful as well.
Will stay there again in the future. …

Lovely Rehoboth Beach, DE, Condo306
Would stay again
Nice place, just right for our fishing trip. Pool was open but a cold front came in and was too chilly to go in. Place is updated in some places (bathrooms) and a little tired in others (kitchen). Beds were comfy. DR table and LR area good but carpet had an iron burn mark. Patio nice and big enough for a few people. Only minor issue is deadbolt sticks and dust around the AC/Heater vents. Would rent again. …
