Luxurious waterfront vacation home with spacious pool and outdoor jacuzzi under palm trees. Beautiful sunny garden on the canal with private boat dock and within a minute by boat to the Caloosahatchee River and access to the Gulf of Mexico. All shopping and recreational facilitiesaround the corner. Sunnyside is a spacious, modern building which offers generous open living, cathedral ceilingsand friendly decorated rooms. This beautiful, modern house has an airy feeling and makes it agreat value for up to 8 guests on two floors. The large open gourmet kitchen features an island with all appliances and offers an adjacent dining area and bar. Sunnyside sleeps up to 8 and has 4 bedrooms, featuring 3 king and 2 full beds. The master bedroom has a luxurious en suite bathroom with large shower and bathtub and two separate walk-in closets for him and her. State of the art cable TV (5 TV sets), 5 DVD players, and 5.1 surround sound music equipment allow for perfect entertainment. High-speed wireless internet and cable TV included. Outdoor living includes the large, covered dining area with barbecue grill and several sitting areas next to the custom-built pool and by the dock. The generous, lush garden offers an amazingatmosphere and is very inviting to either relax or take a swim in t he pool. Or will you rather go on a boat ride to the nearby beaches? From the private boat dock with its 12,000-pound capacity boat lifts, it is only 900 feet to the river without bridges or locks.

THe house is located in the idyllic Sunset Cove area of Fort Myers, on the river side of McGregor Boulevard and yet only a 25-minute drive by car from Fort Myers International Airport (RSW) and very near to all your shopping needs, including the well-known Bell Tower Shops and the Sanibel Outlets Mall. The Rutenberg Park with free all-day tennis courts and the closest golf course, Fort Myers Country Club, are both just five minutes away.
