TOTALLY RENOVATED 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home. 10 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, 15 min. from world class beaches, 10 min. from Hard Rock Casino, 20 min to Gulfstream race Track, 10 min. from world class Sawgrass Mills Mall as well as three other world class shopping malls! Located minutes to Hwy 595 (Alagator Ally), highway 95, Hwy 75, and the Florida Turnpike, our location allows for quick and easy access to any venue in South Florida.Both guest bedrooms are good sized and have very comfortable queen beds and ceiling fans. The updated Master suite is even larger with 2 ceiling fans, a Roman tub, and seperate shower complete with rainhead and bodywash spray jets. Master Bedroom and Bath Suite opens into a totally private outdoor atrium furnished with beautiful live and colorful vegetation. Golf course, with ponds, wildlife and colorful vegetation.

A Security Deposit will be required depending on the length of stay. Also, a cleaning fee will be charged, depending on the condition that the house is left in.
