Proudly owned by ‘Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Enjoy the morning sunrise as you sit on one of your two private Oceanfront balconies. This beautiful, 3 bedroom, 7th floor, corner unit is a must see! The master bedroom has a king bed and is complete with an en-suite bathroom, walk-in closest and a private oceanfront balcony. The first guest bedroom has a king bed with access to another oceanfront balcony and the second guest bedroom has two twin beds (there is also a pull-out sofa in the living room). In addition, everything you need for an enjoyable stay is in the unit, such as a full kitchen, all linens/towels, WiFi, a washer/dryer, etc. We also provide beach accessories for your enjoyment.

The complex offers a large heated pool right off the ocean, private access to the beach, shuffleboard, a putting green, wireless internet and more. The building is located roughly 1 mile north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, meaning the beach is quiet but you are still walking distance to the Pier.

By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years.

How do damage deposits work?
