Secluded from the road, this seaside home sits atop a rocky pink granite shoreline coast, with bold crashing surf and deep water access. Spend long leisurely days enjoying the beautiful panoramic views of Sand Cove, extending out to the open Atlantic Ocean. Watch eagles fly above, seals sunning themselves off shore, along with other wildlife that call this area home. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
