A charming house in the middle of downtown La Fortuna. Close to all the attractions.
This is a spacious - 2,200 sq. feet house with tasteful furniture, a combination of two bedrooms with twin beds, 3 bedrooms with queen sized beds, all with private baths. It is located in the center of La Fortuna across the street from one of the most beautiful plazas in all of Central America. It is fully equipped with a full kitchen, plates, cooking utensils, linens, washer dryer etc. Close to all the adventure activities, 5 mins. from the best swimming hole in Costa Rica, tons of restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores close by.
We can pick you up from wherever you are comming from in Costa Rica and make all arrangements for the endless possiblities of fun adventures in the area - rafting, canopy tours, horseback riding, hiking in the national park - on and on.

We invite you to view our reviews on Air BNB - Sleeping Indian Guesthouse - we operate as a small hotel when groups are not occupying the house.

Response from the owner This party was motivated to leave a negative and inacurate review due to the fact that they trashed my house and even though I did not deduct anything from their deposit they seemed disastisfied because they were not in a villa style property, rather a stylish loft in the center of town. We in fact have a full kitchen - they must have somehow lost their way from kitchen sink to the laundery room area! In fact the kitchen is brand new. Their group was 10 people - they in fact paid less than $15 per person to stay in my house! We have installed a new ceiling which lowes the temp. of the house considerably. But, it must be kept in mind that we are in the tropics here and it is a warm place.
