“Everything was perfect” We got what we expected, centrally located, good price, good service!

“A tropical getaway with all the comforts of home.” Property management staff was very helpful with all our arrangements, even arranging transportation from the airport. Felt very safe in the complex, very nice young lady came in twice in the 7 days we stayed and cleaned and straightened up. The home was beautiful with wonderful sunset view. We were 5 adults who were attending a wedding at Diria and we had plenty of space. The resort is beautiful, staff was very helpful and friendly. Just about all the restaurants we ate at were reasonably priced and the food was delicious. You could also walk to the little grocery stores. The pools were wonderful and the grounds were impeccably kept. The nightclubs close fairly early and the casino was small but all in all we loved walking around at night and felt safe. The roads and sidewalks in Tamarindo are undergoing improvements so driving is a little crazy. "Double yellow lines mean nothing in Costa Rica". Riding to and from the airport was an adventure in itself. I wish I could go back - 7 days was not enought to see this beautiful country.

“Casa Pipilacha...a dream resort home indeed” Beautiful home, very comfortable and has all the amenities you could ask for. Our only problem was that the cleaning staff come every morning and then so does the landscape crew. We rented off the beaten path for supreme privacy. We did not get that. The staff was polite but could not understand that we wanted more privacy. Again, a very beautiful home indeed...

“Excellent” Great first floor condo, excellent pool and location out of Tamarindo but close enough to be right in the middle of the action in 3 minutes! Excellent on site staff and property managment that will help with rental cars and activities.

“This was the most beautiful place I've stayed!” Driving up the steep pothole ridden road to Colina del Mar, I was beginning to have some doubts as to our stay. But as soon as we arrived, Andy and Cynthia were waiting for us with a gorgeous panoramic view of the ocean and the river behind them. All the fatigue from the travel seemed to fall away as we enjoyed the peaceful beautiful views on an outdoor comfortably furnished covered patio. The house, or cottages, are beautifully and simply decorated. Everything was clean. We were celebrating my 40th birthday with my kids and extended family aging in range from 8 to 72 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed. There was enough privacy where we all had our own space and plenty of room in the outdoors to enjoy each others company. I highly recommend it.

“Elisa C.'s review of Horizontes # 303” I think the maids should service every day rather than every other day. Also, in this particular condo (I've stayed at other condos on ths property) the sheets are very old and the pillows are old and dirty. There wasn't a single beach towels so we had to use the bath towels. Other that that, it was great. I still prefer unite 301.

“A superb condo rental experience in every way.” Terrific location for spacious and extremely comfortable condo on the shoreline. The pool and sunset views were superb. The security people were top-notch. I also recommend the giant auto Mercado supermarket just east of Tamarindo for all grocery and liquor shopping (just like the best markets in the us). Also try the Thursday 9a.m. Farmers' Market in Villareal for fresh fruit and veges at great prices... it's open-air on the side of the road about 200 yards to the right as you get to the firk in the road of Villareal. As to worthwhile lunch and dining, we strongly suggest the sushi at Bamboo Sushi in Tamarindo and the excellent food and drinks for lunches and dinners at the Longosta Beach Club (about a half-mile north of the condo). Both places were the highlights of our lunches and dinners (with live music on Friday nights at the LBC). A "must see" is avellanos Beach for surfing and lunch at Lola's...it's about 25 minutes drive from town, and very easy to find. This was our 5th trip to Tamarindo, and by far the best, thanks to Rick, Sandy, Lola, and Julie at RPM Services. You need not look anywhere else.

“Amazing value for a slice of paradise!” My girlfriend and I stayed here last summer (July 2013) for 1 week and it was a great experience. The condo is fully equipped with all the amenities you need (stove, oven, dish washer, fridge, washer, dryer, outdoor BBQ, shared pool), it is very clean, ideally situated near the beach and the town of Tamarindo, and it is spacious enough for several couples or even a large family to sleep comfortably (large balcony, 2 bathrooms). It felt like an actual home away from home! (cliche I know... but it's true!). It's a great value and just a few minutes walk from all the town services (bank, pharmacy, shops, tour guides, surf shops) and plenty of great restaurants. We saved a lot by staying that's for sure! Getting to the condo was really easy, there's a shuttle service that picked us up at the airport and gave us the keys, which we returned to them at the end of our stay. All the neighbors were very friendly and some even gave us great advice on what to see and do. Whether you're a group of friends, couples, family, this is a fantastic place to stay at while in Costa Rica and there's no shortage of things to do, areas to explore or beach to simply relax on. Tamarindo is a gem of a place and we are definitely going back and when we do we are definitely staying here again!

“Great stay!” Perfect condo 3 min walk to beach. Looks better than in the pictures. Only problem was bad shower heads and a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink no one old us about and it had a plastic tub under it to collect water which was overflowing and stagnant. But overall great condo
