Description

Quaint, cozy, newly decorated and updated bathrooms. Ideal place for adults and older children. There are lots of breakable nic-nacs & antique furniture, as well as the stairs are quite steep, so I caution our place for the frail, elderly, or small children (see picture #8 for stairs).

We now have upgraded Wifi and local cable TV. There is a small TV in the den, with DVD/VCR players, and some movies available, so bring your favorite movies, as well as a good book if you plan to stay in and relax! . There are some board games and cards available also.

We are located in quiet & rural Addison, Maine. From the front of the house and upstairs, we have a peek of a water view of the Pleasant River, which is located across the street from the house. There is a local dock 5 minutes away for launching your own kayaks etc.

From the back windows, we have a tranquil forestry view extending over our back 10 acres. You can enjoy the view from inside the back den, or while sitting around the picnic table.

We are conveniently located to other surrounding towns for those who want to explore more of beautiful Maine.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Bill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
