Description

This 350 sq.ft. fully renovated waterfront hotel suite has it all. Unobstructed ocean views located 50 ft. from the shore line. It truly is a romantic retreat at the well manicured Inn Of The Sea resort property. Fully renovated this year, It boasts a new queen sized bed, chalet electric fireplace and small Juliette balcony overlooking the ocean, The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, fridge and dishes. Large 42" smart TV, WiFi, There is a seasonal swimming pool and a year round hot tub, tennis courts, playground, and dock all located in the most peaceful setting imaginable. There is a fire pit on the beach to roast marshmallows. Nature abounds with daily sightings of seals, blue heron, river otters, and bald eagles. There have been sightings of orcas and great grey whales as well! This condo is a short drive from Duke Point Ferry and the Nanaimo airport. It is located 25 minutes from the city of Nanaimo and an hour and a half from Victoria. There are many enchanting villages to explore, restaurants, pubs, farmers markets, and a fabulous theatre in nearby Chemainus. There are golf courses nearby and kayaks can be rented in Ladysmith. The area has wonderful hiking trails if you want to get out into the surrounding old growth forests. This bedroom with ensuite is the perfect place if you are not looking for a full-sized condo and you plan on dining out during your stay. However, if you prefer a larger condo with all the amenities read below....

The owners of this hotel suite also owns the large top floor one bedroom condo, as well as a two bedroom penthouse in the new LODGE building which is steps away from this condo. Think about renting both the second and third floors for a Gals Get-Away or a family reunion! Contact owner for more details. “Nice place to stay”

Response from the owner I am so sorry that this guest felt negatively about our condo. Though we believe it to be very clean and well equipped, we do recognize it's need to be renovated and we will be following through with a beautiful, full, high end renovation this January. The price point did reflect this. For a group of 6 people staying at a two bedroom, oceanfront resort, for $250 a night with tax included? By all Island standards, this is considered an exceptionally fair price. My housekeeper did address the low towel count immediately (we could have supplied more pillows as well,had they asked) and I called with an apology for her oversight. We do our very best to offer a lovely experience for visitors, but unfortunately you just can't please everybody.
