Description
Very private 3 Bedroom Pool Home on 1/2 acre with no neighbors in view from the pool. Well located 5 minutes to Port Charlotte Beach or town with many great restaurants and shopping! 8 or more additional beaches anywhere from 20 minutes to an hours drive. Home is and well appointed and continually being updated. Recently renovated Kitchen and travertine flooring throughout. Pool has western exposure allowing for sunshine on the pool and lanai mid morning through the rest of the day including beautiful sunsets. Pool was resurfaced and retiled in 2020. Large master bedroom boasts a king size bed, flat screen TV/VCR with walk out to pool area. Huge ensuite with soaking Tub, shower, double sinks and walk in closet. 2nd Bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and LCD TV includes separate ensuite and walk out to pool. 3rd Bedroom includes two twin close to the third full bathroom. Large open living area with walkout to pool and 55" 4K Television/Home entertainment system and High speed wireless internet is available throughout the home. Movies, Books, DVD available in the living room and bedroom. 3 hours from Miami or Ft Lauderdale. 2-1/2 hrs from Orlando / 1-1/2 hrs to Tampa. Great South Florida location.

“Beautiful well appointed pool villa in Port Charlotte”
Beautiful pool villa in a quiet location. Everything you would need for a comfortable vacation home. The added bonus of having a bobcat walk past and owls in the trees fantastic home.

Response from the owner Thank you for you feedback. I am sorry to hear you had issues with the cable boxes. We have not had issues reported on these in the past and they are only two years old. You should have been able to find operating instructions and channel guide in the leather box on the entertainment center...that being said sometimes these types of things get misplaced or discarded between renters. The grill is kept in the garage at the recommendation of our property manager as they will rust out from the sprinkler system if left outside and may cause pool deck staining or melting of the netting if left on the lanai. Our home is located 3.7 miles from Port Charlotte Town Center and Hwy 41. My husband and I will be on site doing our spring cleaning in early May and will check and review all concerns above.
