Description
This modern 1000Square Foot walkout garden suite has everything,including bicycles! It is new and furnished in modern style with leather furniture, gas fireplace, audio/visual system - 55” 4K Smart TV, and surround sound system. The kitchen has up to date appliances and is completely outfitted. The private, covered patio has a year round BBQ and patio furniture. You'll find the bedroom a dream, with a kingsize bed and large closet. The bathroom has a heated tile floor, two sinks, a large shower and separate tub.The off-street parking and private entrance to the suite will make you feel at home. A wonderful getaway that is suitable for one person or couple. Non smokers only, please. Previous guests have given rave reviews. Close to Royal Roads University, Victoria General Hospital and CFB Esquimalt. We have bicycles and helmets available for those interested. Off street parking is free.

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Judy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
