Located in the heart of Bradenton Beach, this home has all the amenities, two car garage for private parking, full equipped kitchen, flat screen tv, high speed internet, washer & dryer, reclining sofa's, King size bed in main bedroom, and much more. This unit has three balconies. Gorgeous sunsets of the deck, or relax sitting on the beach as the waves break on the shore.

Response from the owner First this unit in the Pictures is not the unit this guest stayed in. The unit they did stay in is another unit in the same complex that we manage. As far as being well stocked we do leave salt, pepper, and oils and spices for other guest, but nothing perishable. The wagon belongs to the Owner was not supposed to be used by the guest. A prior guest must have used the wagon and placed the wheel back on. There is no picture of swing in any of our pictures for this complex. The Dining room chairs do need to be replaced and will be taken by the Owner in January. Internet controlled by Cable company, we can not control outage, but I did get them a new modem to attempt to fix the issue. Overall they did very much enjoy there stay, I met with them a few times and they were enjoying the unit very much. This unit they stayed in was recently remodeled, new Akai cabinets, bamboo wood flooring, new quartz counters, all new appliances ,it is an extremely nice unit. Rick

“Family fun”
It is great to have a place where all families have their own space but then a place big enough for us all to get together and eat and catch up. We really enjoy our time there.
