Description
Welcome to Skylarks Villa our privately owned family home in Orlando, Florida. Our Villa is situated within a quiet residential, gated community, off Highway 27.
Located only 30 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport Our Villa is within easy reach of all the major attractions, 15 minutes (under 10 miles) drive to Disney and 25-30 minutes to International Drive.
Our Villa comfortably accommodates 8 people and comes complete with all the expected modern facilities including 4 Bedrooms (2 master), 3 Bathrooms (2 en-suite), Screened Swimming Pool and Spa , ( heating available upon request at an additional cost ) . The rear of Our Villa has a southerly aspect and is not overlooked.
Our Villa also comes equipped with a Games Room, which contains a Pool Table, Ping-Pong Table and a PS2 with games.
Free local, phone calls (made from the villa) and High Speed Internet access.

“A really Nice Stay”
Great communication from Sharon from the beginning. The villa was great. Any issues/questions where answered asap. A really nice quiet area close to shops and restaurants. We would all stay again. Just want to say thanks to Sharon fab stay.

If Sharon (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
