A Completely Relaxing Rockies Retreat in the quaint town of Parshall, welcomes you to an inviting home with unique handhewn lodge style decor. The backyard overlooks the serene Colorado River valley and Middle Park mountains. Centrally located for all sports enthusiasts: fishing, boating, hiking, hunting, biking, rafting, sightseeing, snowmobiling, skiing, tubing, ice skating and more. Sleeps comfortably 6 people with 1 queen, 1 king (2 twins joined together or separated as 2 twins), and an additional 2 twins. Two bathrooms - one upstairs and one down. Complete kitchen facilities to create your favorite meals. Outdoor grill, campfire pit and horseshoes. Only 5 miles away you will travel through Byers Canyon and into the town of Hot Sulphur Springs. Take in a relaxing soak in the healing natural hot springs at Hot Sulphur Springs Resort. Another day trip worth mentioning is the Rocky Mountain National Park.

“Yet another great stay”
We have stayed at Parshall Place several times and will be back we hope next year. The owner is wonderful and the place is always so clean and neat.

If Denise (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
