Description

An ideal place to stay for a Summer holiday. Set in a fabulous location surrounded by breath taking mountain views all around, a river surrounds 3 sides of the property. This is a very comfortable Self-contained cottage, with kitchen, sitting area, TV and DVD, Juliet balcony with river views, patio and garden furniture. Queen bed upstairs and two single beds in downstairs room. One bathroom with shower and laundry. (washing machine and drier)

Separated from the house by a small orchard, this provides privacy for those that want it.

A hot spa is available for everyone to use on the edge of the lawn under the trees , over looking the river. It's location is amazing.

Trelawn Place is 5 minutes from Queenstown. If the cottage is not available we have another that we call the Apartment. The rates displayed are an indication, the rates could be less depending on the time of the year and the length of the rental .

Getting around

The local bus service operates on the hour and is cheap, $2 pp to go anywhere. Taxis to Arthurs point can be $25 - $30 The only places that you might want to visit that require a rental is Glenorchy, Wanaka and the Gibston valley.

Interaction with guest

Nery and Michael have lived on the area for most of their lives, they are keen travelers. If you want info on the area come over and have a chat. We are often found in the garden. Michael is a keen skier, you are welcome to join him for first tracks on Coronet Peak.

How do damage deposits work?
