MERIGGIO BARN up to 8+1 sleeps, countryhouse with air conditioning and private swimming pool.
At the feet of the Medioeval hamlet of Montecarlo. In a peaceful panoramic position with views of the surrounding countryside, just 15 km far from Lucca with its wonderfull tree-lined city walls and antique market every third Sunday of the month, immerse in a splendid green land surrounded by the soft rolling hills so and olive groves tipical of the tuscan countryside and yet be able to stroll along to the Medioeval hamlet for your morning capuccino or to dine in one of the local trattorias.
This ancient home has been finely and elegantly restored with every modern comfort and lies in a very small nucleus of houses.
The furnitures and materials have been chosen with care making it a home of maximum comfort in complete harmony with the beautiful setting. Entry to the property through controlled gates.
The swimming pool (12 x 6 mt) is set on a natural terrace. On a lower level of the garden in a tranquil spot with lovely views. Olive and fruit trees surround the property.
The villa of 260 square metre is set on 2 levels:
The atmosphere of the common rooms is charming and welcoming with the shining old brick floors and sand-blasted wood beams and ceilings.
ACCOMODATION: Ground floor: equipped kitchen with fire place, large dining room and living room with fireplace and access to the terrace equipped with oven ideal for home made pizzas and access to the garden. The area in front of the house is completely fenced. Always on the ground floor there are the laundry room with washing machine and a service bathroom.
First level: 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, 1 twin bedroom (can be joinable we change and put a double mattress), 1 twin bedroom with 2 french beds (size-140 cm), 1 bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living room.
Lunches and dinners are possible on request. Comfortable furniture. Baby-bed and high chair available.
