Villa La Foce is situated on a charming hillside, just a few kilometres from Castiglion Fiorentino and Cortona. This beautiful independent villa enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view on the surrounding countryside and villages. An excellent choice for those seeking privacy and peace. The Villa, built on two floors, is elegantly furnished with modern furniture and equipped with all comforts. The ground floor hosts a sitting room with TV and hi-fi, a bathroom, an elegant dining room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. The first floor is made up of a double room and a twin bedroom which share a bathroom with tub. A study leads to a characteristic double bedroom with bathroom. The heart of the house is the garden which is beautifully manicured. The swimming pool, which enjoys a charming position, dominates the valley. You will have the chance of refreshing and relaxing yourself while enjoying a stunning view. Showers and towels are at guests' disposal. The garden also hosts a beautiful relaxing area around the swimming pool and a cooking area fully equipped to prepare a delicious barbecue or a tasty pizza in the wood burning oven. A covered area of the garden has been specifically designed for outdoor dinners on hot Summer nights. A big parking area with a covered garage and a laundrette is also available. Moreover, the property has a central heating system, safe, satellite TV, hydromassage bathtub and shower. How do damage deposits work?
