Description

This is a coach home (built 2013) 2,515 Sq. Ft. Including a two car garage of 376 Sq. Ft. It has a private entrance and is located on the ground floor.

Once you enter the Foyer you overlook a beautiful Living Room mostly furnished with dark brown leather furniture and a marble dining table. The kitchen is on the side including a breakfast area. The kitchen is well equipped, in addiction to standard appliances such as stove, microwave, fridge and freezer with an ice machine, dishwasher and a garbage disposal, there is a toaster, a blender, a coffee machine, an air fryer and dinnerware and flatware for twelve.

The home has three bedrooms, featuring a King size bed in the Master bedroom a Queen size bed in second bedroom and two twin beds in full length in the third bedroom. The home has three flat screen TV's and a free WiFi.

There are two bathrooms and a laundry room. Towels and bed sheets are provided. The home is tiled throughout.

The screened Lanai can be entered both from the Living room and the Master bedroom. The lanai overlooks a par five fairway of the Sancuary golf course. It is facing west which means once you sit outside in the evenings you are likely to catch breath taking sunsets.

This home has one of the best location within the Country club. The resort style swimming pool, Pro shop, Tennis courts, Fitness center and Club house are only 3 minutes walk away.
