This detached cottage in the countryside of Cilcennin near Aberaeron sleeps up to ten people in four bedrooms.Cariad Cottage is a pet-friendly, wheelchair-friendly detached cottage in the owners' grounds in Cilcennin, five miles from Aberaeron. The cottage has a ground-floor double with an en-suite wet room, and upstairs, a king-size with additional sofa bed and en-suite shower room, a double with a sofa bed and Jack-&-Jill access to the bathroom, and a twin room. Downstairs is a kitchen, utility and living/dining room with a woodburning stove. Outside is off-road parking for four cars, and an enclosed patio with hot tub. Cariad Cottage is well placed for the coast path or for simply relaxing in beautiful peaceful surroundings.

Amenities: Gas central heating and woodburning stove. Gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 5 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Off-road parking for four cars. Secure bike storage. Enclosed decked patio with furniture and hot tub. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.9 miles, pub 1.8 miles. Note: Cottage is wheelchair-friendly. Note: Children (including those in wheelchairs) have shared use of purpose-built ramped tree house by prior arrangement with owner. Note: Owners have free-roaming ducks, chickens, dogs and cats, and can offer stabling and use of ménage by prior arrangement. Note: Two open fishing lakes on owners' land for fun fishing.
