A superb 4/5 bedroom home with everything you could wish for in a holiday home. Perfect surroundings, ideal outlook over a lake and golf course, many upgrades are included free of charge, internet, Wi Fi connection, satellite TV, Gas BBQ. There are TV's in the living and both master suites. 2 stunning master suites with Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. A fabulous pool with heated spa. This home is situated on a quiet cul de sac and is close to all amenities. Positioned across a double lot giving loads of space and privacy in approximately 1/2 acre of ground.

There are books, games, bikes, BBQ, pool toys, beach equipment and just about every appliance you could wish for in the kitchen. A truly superb home from home for rental in a magnificent location.

Response from the manager Dear Jean, I am mortified at your comments! Why did you not contact the local manager at any time during your stay if things were not perfect? We would have done everything possible to put things right. I had no idea at all that you were not entirely happy. I am aware of one or two small marks on the carpets, the perils of renting I'm afraid, the carpets are due for their regular cleaning. As for spiders, this is a sub tropical region and bugs happen! Spiders make webs, there is little we can do about that. The entire home is cleaned and checked prior to your arrival and none were noticed. I am not sure if you are referring to the exterior when you mention cobwebs! I am really disappointed that you felt inclined to leave a 2 star review. I know this home is FAR better than that.

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Rotonda West. The layout was great for our family, and our kids had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was enjoyed by all of us on a daily basis.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
