Response from the owner The feelings were mutual. Stubborn, rude and inconsiderate family; typical example from developing countries. The guest who claims to be a heart surgeon had difficulty reading, understanding and complying with our terms. 1) If you could afford a hotel, then checking in at 9am wouldn't be an issue. We informed you that we have to clean the unit and earliest check-in is 14:00, which you totally ignored. 2) House keeping was provided, but the guest accused our cleaner for stealing their crappy watch and traumatised our house keeper. The guest called us and made threats over the phone and yelled at us. Later that day, he realised he has dropped his watch behind out custom made bed and gave me 24 hours to find someone to disassemble the bed and take out his stupid watch. NOTE: He didn't apologise for his disgusting behaviour earlier on. 3) Our bathroom stink of urine and manure due to his grandson. All 20 towels were used and left lying around the apartment. 4) Welcome to Hong Kong. Each square feet you were standing on is worth ten thousand HKD and the apartment is over $6.5 million. Rooms are small. My worse experience ever as a host. Guest with hotel expectations walking in and think they know it all. These people did not respect my house rules or terms and made accusations on here. Devastated by this guest and his family. ALL HOSTS STAY AWAY!!!
