Description

Make your stay in Florida fun and easy! This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is direct beachfront with wide open views up and down the coast. The condo is on the top floor (6th) of the building and is completely furnished with a dining table that seats 6 – 8, sofa and loveseat, coffee and end tables, flat screen tv, and table and chairs on the enclosed balcony that is a perfect spot for watching the beach, ocean, and fantastic sunsets. You can even see dolphins swimming in by! The master bedroom is an enclosed suite with a large walk in closet, private bath, dresser, night stands and king size bed. The second bedroom also has an adjoining bath, closet, dresser, nightstands and two twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality cabinetry, corian countertops, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The unit comes with a covered parking space and storage unit equipped with all the beach necessities – chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and cooler.

The building is six stories, and this unit is a corner unit on the top floor. There is a clubhouse for large gatherings on the entrance level, a saltwater pool with lounge chairs, an adjacent bar overlooking the beach and direct beach access off the pool.

The beach is truly wonderful – white sand and warm water, some days with fun waves for boogie boarding and some days with flat water for just relaxing. You can walk along the beach to local beachfront restaurants, an ice cream shop, playground and stores, or just spend the day going easily back and forth to the pool, beach and condo.

The area can’t be beat! It is located on beautiful Anna Maria Island, consistently rated as one of the best family destinations in the world. The island and surrounding areas offer lots to do from age 1 – 100: playgrounds, ice cream shops, skateboard park, shopping, dancing, live music, restaurants, jet skiing, boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, sunset cruises, dolphin watching, science museums, art museums, theater, aquariums, shopping, bike riding, hiking, amusement parks, Disneyland, water parks, farmer’s markets, concerts and so much more.

Transportation around the island and to the island is also convenient and easy. There is a free trolley that runs all day and evening and can take you to all points on the island as well as to neighboring Long Boat Key, Bradenton and Sarasota. There closest airport is Bradenton-Sarasota Airport, 25 minutes away, and Tampa Airport about 1 hour and 15 minutes away.

How do damage deposits work?
