Description
Our property is a vacation you cannot miss out on. This property has a cozy 22 units and is located only 1/2 a block walk east to the beautiful Pompano Beach and a 1/2 block walk west to the Pompano Beach Intracoastal. Our units are very charming. We have 2 properties in these buildings.
They are very clean and neat and are non-smoking. There is a front porch where smoking is allowed. They are 1 bedroom and 1 bath and are on the second floor of a two story building overlooking the buildings heated pool area.
This enjoyable resort has tiled floors throughout in addition to a spacious living room where a couch opens up to a queen sized bed. It has many accommodations including a dresser, a ceiling fan, and a 43” flat screen TV. These TVs offer 150 channels of Direct TV.
The relaxing master bedroom includes a king sized bed, a ceiling fan, dressers, another flat screen 26″ TV/DVR, plus, a walk-in closet.
The master bedroom and living room both have wall unit A/C’s, plus, the full-size bathroom has a tub/shower.
Our fully equipped kitchen consists of a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, an oven, a stove, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, an espresso maker, and all of the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils. These units both include a separate dining area and a dining nook as well.
We meet all our guest needs by providing linens, an iron, a hair dryer, beach chairs, beach towels, umbrellas, a BBQ and picnic area, laundry facilities, reserved parking, and free Wi-Fi.

This regularly updated resort has a heated pool and a picnic area for your liking. There are friendly neighbors and a laundry room where you can feel at home even if you have a longer stay. There is assigned parking so you can never lose out on a spot.
The stunning newly refurbished Pompano Beach Promenade is just walks away and picnic areas are at your footsteps along with ample playing grounds at the newly renovated Atlantic Boulevard which is just 13 blocks away. It is full of parking and facilities including public bathrooms & showers and a kids dancing water fountain, plus, a state of the art playground. In addition, there are barbecue grills, shaded grass areas, equipped workout areas, and a very enjoyable long beach. You wont be missing home here, and will want to come back year after year. Plus, you can’t beat the prices! Don’t wait any longer to book your trip on this lovely vacation.
