Magnificent views grace this gorgeous oceanfront luxury single family home. Located in prestigious Melbourne Beach. Private 3000 sq. ft. under air home has coral fireplace, leaded glass windows, huge 3rd floor sundeck overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! Lovely tiled floors, pool table, breakfast bar, dining table with seating for 8+. Master bedroom suite with cathedral ceiling, deep jetted tub, separate tiled shower, private oceanfront deck. Large walk-in closets throughout, elegant lighting, ceiling fans, tastefully decorated.

All bedrooms have en-suite baths, 42" flat-screen TVs with Netflix, Blue-ray players with capability to stream music from your smart devices. Great room has 55" flat-screen TV. Wireless internet throughout.

For the discriminating chef, we have two kitchens, back-to-back, one with gas cooktop and wall oven and one with electric range. Two refrigerators.

The home is accessed by multi-lock. I am always available by phone, text or email. I can stop by if needed, but I live about 25 miles away. I will contact you within the first 24 to 48 hours to find out how things are going. We have a List of Things to Do, Places to Go and also a list of Good Restaurants in the area. Just ask for it when you are here or I can send in advance of your arrival.

No after hours music or parties, between 10 pm and 9 am.

During sea turtle nesting season, please make sure all outside lights facing the ocean are turned off and interior lights are shielded from ocean view.

Please shower after swimming in the ocean and before entering pool or hot tub, to keep the sand to a minimum.

Wear footwear on the decks for safety and comfort.

“Family ocean vacation”

Awesome, spacious family vacation home. Watch the sunrise every morning. Walk out to a heated pool & hot tub. Then continue to your private beachfront to enjoy the ocean waves!
