These 100% remodeled condos are in the heart of the most exciting area of Chiang Mai, Nimman, located across from Chiang mai University. This part of the city is where the best trendy restaurants, coffee shops, spas and small shopping boutiques are. Great to be in the middle of the action, walk to 100+ restaurants and other great night life spots and temples.Be one of the first to rent one of these three beautiful (47sqm) 11th story condos with fantastic views of the City including Doi Suthep and mountain views. Chom Doi #2 is one of the most iconic condos in Chiang Mai (these three condos are the most recently renovated and the highest end accommodations in the building). Building has Glass elevators and a beautiful swimming pool for a great way to cool down after a long day of exploring. This is not your average studio condo it has an large open floor plan and a high end complete kitchen. This includes microwave oven , electric cooktop, larger refrigerator, standard size oven, and hot water (all rare in Chiang Mai). Plates glasses and cooking utensils are also included. Beautiful contemporary cabinets with large granite counters and custom built ins for plenty of storage.All new beautiful modern tile bathroom with large shower unlimited hot water and good pressure with high end fixtures.New Sealy queen mattress with gel foam topper, high end sheets and towels imported from the US. A comfortable sitting area to relax and watch tv from and another area with bar stools around the granite peninsula in the kitchen. There is also a built in office with 20mb wifi (lap top available on request)A 42" Flat scene tv with cable and DVD player (free dvds available) .There is a long balcony with a small table and chairs for two, great place for beautiful sunsets and mountain and city views!!!! We want you to know we are here to make your visit a vacation to remember. We will pick you up at the Airport, help you with your bags and give you a tour of your new home away from home. We will set you up with the use of a local cell phone and a late model scooter ( best way to get around Chiang Mai ). This is all included in your rental rate!We can also arrange private tours and special events, just ask and we try to full fill all your special needs. We have three condos on the same floor with two condos side by side if additional space is needed.BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CHIANG MAI !!!!!!

“Clean and spacious condo in great location”
Spent a month here and had a great stay. Very clean and well appointed condo - bit of road noise but not too intrusive and use of the scooter was a bonus Pool was well maintained

Response from the owner Thanks for the review I am glad you enjoyed the condo. We have two condos that face the east so no traffic noise but they dont have the amazing Doi Suthep voiews and sunsets. But they have beautiful green and city views and much more quite if you prefer on your next visit

Yes the building is a little older but it's an iconic building in Chiang Mai. It's famous for being round like the Capitol records building in Los Angeles. It's built better then any other buildings around because of the shape and that's why it still looks so good. But yes it's not brand new.
