A modern, 3 bedroom home in the picturesque seaside village of Elie, in the East Neuk of Fife, Scotland. The house is situated within a 5 minute walk to the award winning golden sands beach, the 18 hole links Elie House Golf Club and the sports centre which has 6 tennis courts, putting green, a 9 hole golf course, a cafe and a playpark. This destination is a must for any golf enthusiast with St Andrews just a 20 minute drive away.
The house is ideal for families or several couples as it includes 3 bedrooms - 1 master with ensuite, 2 twin bedrooms and a family bathroom on the first floor. There are also 2 sofa beds on the ground floor. On the ground floor there is great entertaining space with a large lounge with gas fire, a spacious dining kitchen with sliding doors onto the garden, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and a downstairs bathroom. There is an enclosed garden, ideal for young families, with a patio area with BBQ. This really is a home from home.

“Jesmond House a wee diamond”
Had the best stay with my 2 teenagers . To say the house is great is an understatement what this house didn’t have was nothing and the beds are great my two said they had the best sleep. So local to all that Elie has to offer and 5 mins walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend. Thanks you so such Catriona your house was like a home from home .

“Elie holiday”
This is holiday property offered space and comfort for our group of 6, the lovely enclosed garden is a sun trap. This property is ideally located, beach and high street only a short walk away. Any problems were resolved quickly, owner is very responsive.

“Cosy and spotless!”
We loved our stay at Jesmond. Bed linens and towels were luxurious and the house has everything a family party needs. The garden is ideal for a little dog and sitting in the sun. We hope to get back soon.

“Fantastic house and location!”
Loved our stay in the Jesmond house in Elie. Very spacious for our household with plenty of room to spread out. Location was absolutely perfect - a short stroll to the beach and shops. Will definitely be back !
